“We had some frustrating glitches with our business phones that required multiple trips to the store to resolve, but Cailyn made every single visit a great experience. She was patient, thorough, and never once made us feel like we were a burden or wasting her time. She stayed with the problem until she figured it out, which we truly appreciated. Beyond her technical know-how, her warmth and friendliness made all the difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. In a world where great customer service is hard to find, Cailyn stands out. She’s an absolute asset to the Verizon team, and we’ll be asking for her by name every time we come in!”

Tre trouble shooted and had it working in 15 minutes after being in operable for over 25 hours. Thanks Tre and Go Steelers!!!”

“Cole, Sam and Ken were downright awesome! Extremely approachable, knowledgeable, enthusiastic about making my experience an 11+/10! They were non-judgmental about my boneheaded move of swimming in the ocean with my phone in my pocket. I have never had a better, smoother and lucrative experience upgrading my phone!!”

“The sales associate was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about phones. He replaced my screen protector for me and did a good job of it.I gave 4 out of 5 stars for my review rating of this store, because the selection of colors and styles of phone cases for my type of phone was a bit limited.I would highly recommend this place.”
