“The sales staff at this store location are phenomenal!
Unfortunately my phone (under warranty) stopped working due to a defective battery issue and Keenan helped me to problem solve the process in ways I was unable to due to the stress of the issue. It was a frustrating process of accessing customer service with no ability to use my phone and also trying to coordinate a fix (at another location) or decide on a replacement.
I will be forever grateful for Keenan’s willingness to help me with an issue that was not connected to sales but his dedication to simply help a customer who was struggling with a problem. He helped to communicate to other staff to anticipate how to help (this was a multiple day process) and to top this off, he followed up after my replacement was working by calling to check to make sure everything went smoothly.
In addition to Keenan’s help, another staff, Tyler, aided me in the process of getting my replacement phone up and running which was complicated due to errors customer service made in the replacement process. Both gentlemen were patient with the errors others made, bent over backwards with genuine kindness and assisted a customer who was paying only the cost of a deductible for a defective product. For me this was not a simple little ‘fix’ and the way Tyler and Keenan helped me, they renewed my faith in humanity in a really challenging week.
I am a customer of Verizon because of the incredible customer service from this store and the staff at this location consistently over the years.”

I been to cellairis phone repaier store in Polaris mall to get my phone fixed, I asked the guy who is working there his name is Henry I asked him for my broken phone, he told me the cheapest price for my i7 plus and told me come back after 20mins so when got back he showed me my phone first I didn't recognize my phone it was like brand new, it was working great and still working, he also gave me 50% off for other purchases. They are very serviceable people ... I hope you guys all had a good experienced there”
