After going to the Delaware location where the employees acted like they had no idea what I was talking about or how to help me, I drove out of my way to the Sunbury store and Dyllan solved the problem (a simple phone line transfer) almost instantly, even taking a few extra minutes to ensure the transfer was complete and new phone was working correctly prior to letting us leave. Much appreciated that Dyllan was willing to go the extra mile when other employees weren’t!”

“Tre was amazing and fixed an issue so I didn't have to go to the apple store and wait hours for an appointment for diagnosis. The battery died in my 17 and wouldn't charge. Grahm, the Phone Specialist, was incredibly helpful with assisting me in switching over my line and patiently working through a few complications along the way. He made the entire process easy and stress-free while also taking the time to let me know about the upcoming phone promotions over the next couple of weeks.
Emily was also fantastic! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the professionalism and teamwork from both of them.

“I've been in there a couple times to deal with various issues and the people could not have been more helpful. Most recently I lost my phone and could not even contact Support to file a claim with my Theft+Loss coverage, so they called Support and handed me the phone right in the store so I could talk to Support directly lol. A young lady named Chelsea and her manager (another lady whose name I didn't catch) were a huge help and I got everything taken care of in the store.”

But the only girl working there answered all my questions quickly, accurately and made sure all my questions about the home wifi were answered correctly. She was very competent I just hope she is the one making the most money there because her work output is much greater than that of her colleagues.
