I had placed an online order for a pair of guitar pickups, and ended up needing some help from Woodsy's. Long story short: in a terrible string of luck, it was the last of the pickups they had in stock, and one of the pick-ups had an issue from the manufacturer that could only be noticed after it was installed.
I worked with Dom in guitars, and he was just fantastic in handling this messy situation. He made a ton of calls on my behalf working with the pick-up manufacturer to make sure I could get a replacement quickly and easily. He really went above and beyond, and I am tremendously grateful for his help!

“The guys over at Knight Sound & Lighting helped us after a technician told us our lighting system was dead and we needed to replace the whole system. (It is old) They had the part we needed and told us how to test certain components to make sure there wasn't another problem (which there was and we were able to fix that problem before inserting the new card.) Will be calling them next time we have a problem instead of a technician.”
“I give 5 stars because of Tiffany she is awesome she has went out of her way to do things and get things done for me we have been customer's for almost 2 years and if it wasn't for her and Matt we would of went elsewhere I do want to say when Matt left shame on Eagle for over looking Tiffany as his replacement she knows and does more then anyone else there. She should be running the place and I am sure others would agree.”
“I needed a new AVR did a ton of research and I decided a Sony ES5000 was the best choice for me. I usually buy my stuff at Best Buy but they didn't have one to listen to and Sound & Vision did so I left a message before they were open and I got a call from Jax Mellinger. He said they had one set up in the switch room and we could come and listen to it and see what we thought. I was a little hesitant going to a high end store but so glad that I did. There was no sales pressure, just good information so I could make a decision, we decided to buy it from Jax at Sound & Vision. I had a few questions and have Jax's Email and his help if I need it. I am really happy with my purchase and hope to be back to the store soon!”

“Had a pretty good experience! I'm just displeased with the overall industry standard to refuse to repair things instead of replacing them. Geek Squad is hard to get into due to needing an appointment. PLEASE keep this in mind as I went and had to purchase a item as a replacement because they couldn't get me in as soon as I needed to.”

“Good job done on the TV repair however.., the remote control that he sold me to turn the television on off up down wasn’t as compatible with the television nor was it the same name brand as the television so it didn’t really really work that well remotely. The set was however gifted to a friend.”

“The gentleman who helped me with my problem suggested the answer to my problem which was to go home and try the other SIM card I had for QLink Wireless in my phone when I had a message from the phone saying that SIM "not provisioned for voice" I went home and swapped out the SIM card and everything is working well now! A VERY sharp and VERY helpful man!”
“As a full-time student, I don't have a ton of time for shopping. I love the drive-up/pickup options at this location! Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag. I wish I caught her name so i could give her a shout out, but she was great. :)”

“I went here Tuesday January 30 to get phone service I have right now unlimited phone plan $25 a month cheap they have 5G data it's unlimited too with unlimited wifi I use my phone everyday it's good deal I kept my phone and number I recommend going here I don't remember the guy that helped me he was really helpful not rude very nice to me.”
“Normally I have the worst luck with my phones being able to be saved & fixed, and I just loose everything. I couldn't get my phone to come on, reboot, NOTHING!! Dawn at the Arlington plaza store was able to get it going within minutes, & even got me a new screen ordered since mine is cracked, & I had completely forgotten that I have insurance on the phone. This location has great service, & the employee's are very helpful, & very polite. Highly recommend this location.!”
