“the staff is friendly and helpful, place is always clean. they have the cheapest PO boxes around with a lobby that is open 24/7 and contains some self serve packing materials if you need to box something up after hours. it's small and rarely busy.”

“We have used the peninsula USPS for our passport renewal services for many years now. I almost hate to leave a good review because it’s the best kept secret for getting your passport renewed. They are always super helpful there and if you make an appointment as you should, they’re there on the spot to help you out. Our last time there was with Adreonna. She went over and above to help my daughter and I get her passport renewed. A breath of fresh air really when it comes to confronting a bureaucratic process that could be potentially very difficult but made easier thanks to the staff there. It’s all about the people at the end of the day.”

“Nothing but good experiences in the 2.5 years I’ve lived here.
My mail is delivered daily, my very conscientious and friendly carrier actually puts packages inside my storm door when applicable. I never asked him to. Her just does it because he cares.
I go to the post office often and the employees there have ALWAYS been very kind and helpful.
I praise them all for the work they do.

“There is a new young man who delivers our mail that went above and beyond today 5/22/26. I’m only sad I did not catch his name. Kicking myself for not thinking to ask. He delivered to 2190 East ave. He delivered an important package that we had been waiting for all day and he then watched as a man walked up behind him and stole it. This young man chased him and got it back. He then left a note stating for us to pick it up but I got home from work shortly thereafter and caught him still on our street where he came and handed me the package and explained everything. If this was you then thank you so much sir. This man needs a raise and a promotion. Employees like this are very hard to find. I’ll catch your name next time I see you bringing the mail.”
“Our courier is great and when I was worried and called the local Firestone Park Brown St center the person Cindy was VERY helpful. Her and our courier worked to get the package to us, even though the address number was incorrect. They are ver kind hardworking and so helpful.”

I wish I had gotten her name, but the person who helped me was so kind and immediately got me the right envelope, provided tracking, and got me in and out of there in 2 minutes. “Called in about a package from Germany ordered to PA that was 'delivered to an agent' in Kent (I went to college there, and it somehow got delivered to the dorms after sitting in customs for a while).
Andrew knew of the kind of problem I was having, explained what he was going to do, found my package and got it sent to me (for free as well!). He followed up with me like he promised and was a great help, big thank you to Andrew!”
“While being out of town for an extended period, I received a text from USPS that I was getting an unexpected shipment. It contained some valuable and delicate item so the package needed signature. I called the Stow P.O. and talked to Leo, who made sure the package was properly forwarded to my temporary address by actually going and looking at it. He also asked me to check the tracking on my phone while he waited to make sure I could track the shipment too. Finally, he asked me to call the PO and ask for him specifically if I needed any additional help. We need more teammates like Leo in all organizations. Great service!”
