“My wife and I recently switched our cell service from T-Mobile to Spectrum. In addition to changing our service provider, we also upgraded our phones and needed some help activating our new phones and setting them up with our older Apple watches. We made an appointment and this resulted in little to no wait. Our primary support person was Shane and even though he was relatively new, he was very patient and helpful. We had one complex issue at the end and the store manager (Michael) stepped in and was amazing with his knowledge and commitment to make sure we had all of our issues resolved. We had a great experience!”
