“It was my first time there. I went with my friend and there was a girl that waited on us that was very very tall. She was extremely nice. Very professional. Knew everything she was supposed to know. Just a great experience even though I wasn't getting a phone. If I was I would go there and ask for her but the other staff were all professional and very good as well. Great experience. “I had a great experience here, even on a busy Sunday. I did not make an appointment, and if you're more pressed for time then I do suggest to make one. I waited close to an hour to get helped, but I did not mind as I could see it was a busy Sunday and I did not have an appointment. I was surprised and disappointed to see that people were being rude to the workers for having to wait, but the workers held their ground, which was great to see. When I was helped, I was helped. As in, Steven is awesome. He is so kind, knowledgable, and helpful. We got our phone service sign up done relatively fast, and we really enjoyed talking to him. Keep up the great work.
