“About 3 weeks ago, the owner of the store, fixed my phone. My phone was not working on the screen. I could not type anything on the middle of the screen. The owner was really nice, explained what was going on with my phone and easily helped me get my photos and videos transferred to my new phone. I was really satisfied with the honesty, information, and quick fix. Price was VERY reasonable. I surely would recommend this place!”

“I needed a circuit board for a remote control repaired. This is a remote for a piece of equipment I use at work. A new remote is incredibly expensive. I brought it to the Aurora store just to see if he could possibly repair it before I spent several hundred dollars on a new one. He was able to fix it and he did so for an incredibly reasonable price!! Super friendly and great customer service. I definitely recommend iRepair More!!”

“This store is top notch for service. The young lady who took care of me (sorry for not remembering her name) was awesome. I had a Samsung S10e and was in need of an upgrade. Went with the Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and glad I finally did it. The pen will be very helpful filling out forms in pdf format that I had a hard time with the previous phone.If you're in need of anything from a new phone to chargers and more, I highly recommend this store.”

“Just happened to pop in to upgrade my phone on the same day of a massive nationwide outage because I have great timing like that. The crew here was already short staffed and there was an endless parade of people coming in to complain about the outage. They handled the situation so well and were so patient and good natured with everyone and still managed to make my upgrade process one of the quickest and easiest times I've had at a cell carrier. These folks were awesome and I highly recommend this location!”

“Don't pay attention to open and close times. I would call first to see if they are open. Went there today 2/25 and they were not open. The Web site says they are open on Sundays from 12 to 5 . This is not the first time this has happened to me. There customer service is great. But they need to be a real business and open when they say they are suppose to be open.”

“After visiting multiple ATT stores in and around Mayfield area and none were able to resolve my issue, I visited this Solon, OH store for the first time to convert my Prepaid acc to postpaid. Kevin - The store person quickly tried and identified how it can be done. Kevin seemed technically sound and connected with backend tech-support, explaining the issue and getting it fixed. Though it was bit of a lengthy process, but Kevin patiently did it with ease. Good to see such technical people providing very good customer service.”

“I have not had the oppertunity to praise a certain individual at this store location(MAPLE HEIGHTS,OHIO) for doing such an excellent job.The day was july13th,2018.I walked in with a few concerns and questions.I had a question about my service plan and he made me aware of m plan,let me know what was abailable and recommended that I stay on my current plan because it was in my best interests.He did not try to talk me into my plan just to boost sales.😊 I then had a few questions about my device and needed a new screen protector and case.He replaced my screen protector promptly and efficiently and hen helped me choose a case,which I NOW am damn glad I have the one he recommended.Without having me to ask him,he went right to work and put it on instantly.He pointed out a little detail about the case that I said I probably would not use,but now I use it all the time.Overall,the customer service was above and beyond excellent! I would definitely recommend this store based on my treatment! The associate's is BRANKO ! I do not have a last name for him.Great service experience all around!
