“My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”

“I've honestly never had an easier, more efficient and professional switch to any service provider than the one I had at the T Mobile inside of the Boston Heights Costco. Alex helped me from start to finish, communicated through text on updates and was always available to answer any questions. The switch from AT&T took less than 20 minutes and since our phones were paid off it cost nothing. $0. We are now saving over half of what we were spending on internet and $30 less on our phone lines. Not to mention the $400 per line gift card AND the $75 per line Costco gift card. It's a literal no -brainer and with top notch service from guys like Alex, it was an easy choice.”

When I have a problem with my phone they are really quick to diagnose it and fix it! I also bought a refurbished iPhone from them. The price was something I could afford and they switched all the data from my old phone quickly. Their hours at present are 11am Mon-Sat and 11am to 4pm on Sunday! They are very accessible! I would recommend them to everyone!!!”

Burnell was not only knowledgeable about all in-store products, but provided in-depth info on Cricket (i.e. referral program, insurance, billing, etc). “There's no way that this store & the Mayfield Heights store are the same company. Tierra was wonderful. She listened without cutting me off. She couldn't solve my problem but got her manager in no time flat who also couldn't help. However she was able to get someone from corporate on the phone with me in minutes. Unfortunately, that guy kept talking over me also but finally put his supervisor, Curtis, on the phone who stopped talking & listened & said oh you're right there shouldn't be a downpayment on anything that's free. Thank you Tiera & Curtis for solving my problem. I hope you both get raises, promotions or at least acknowledged for retaining a 13 year customer. Guess I spoke too soon. Curtis was supposed to call at 4:30 to complete the correction, it's 5:06 & no Curtis. We'll see what next months phone bill looks like.”
