“My Android phone was completely locked & I did not have a password to unlock it. Mike tried everything & all kinds of passwords to get it unlocked but everything failed. Finally we decided reset to factory defaults was the best thing to do. He was patient & kind as he not only got the phone unlocked but set up all of my new settings! Everything took a long time because we were trying to save all of my photos. As it turned out, I did lose some of my photos, but not my apps or my contacts. He then went to my Bronco with me & got my phone set up. I was back in business. Thank you Mike & Tony for all that you did to get my phone running again!”

Even on a weekend holiday, they navigated things smoothly and were able to accommodate every request.

“I had a representative from AT&T come to my house and gave me a deal with internet and my phone lines. When I went to Solon AT&T I found out the plan I got will cost me way more than what I was told. Darius helped me with this process when he checked my statement and told me my bill will be way higher. When I went to return my phones I had even more issues with their customer service. I only have their fiber Internet now. Darius was a great help throughout this process. The only place now I would go to will be Solon AT&T. Darius thank you so much for all your help. You have great customer service.”

“Debra and Emily are absolutely amazing! My husband and I met Debra at the Home & Garden show in Akron mid-February. She helped us upgrade our phones and get the best price. She explained what to expect regarding upcoming billing and helped us again today to work through a few billing kinks that had nothing to do with her. She is a true professional who goes beyond her job title/pay grade for the customer. We had such confidence in Debra's ability to problem solve that we drove from Akron to Aurora (45 minute drive each way) because we knew she would help us (unlike Isaiah at the S. Arlington store in Akron which is less than 10 minutes away). Additionally, Emily was so kind and patient with several older customers who had many (and I mean many) questions. She was calm, patient and caring. One of the older customers was rather rude and demanding but Emily was still kind to this woman. These two ladies are gems! We will drive from Akron to Aurora because of the staff. I hope AT&T appreciates all of their efforts.”

When I have a problem with my phone they are really quick to diagnose it and fix it! I also bought a refurbished iPhone from them. The price was something I could afford and they switched all the data from my old phone quickly. Their hours at present are 11am Mon-Sat and 11am to 4pm on Sunday! They are very accessible! I would recommend them to everyone!!!”
“Don't pay attention to open and close times. I would call first to see if they are open. Went there today 2/25 and they were not open. The Web site says they are open on Sundays from 12 to 5 . This is not the first time this has happened to me. There customer service is great. But they need to be a real business and open when they say they are suppose to be open.”

“Burnell provided my dad and myself with a stellar experience overall. His customer service was nonpareil during our transition from our previous provider to Cricket.
Burnell was not only knowledgeable about all in-store products, but provided in-depth info on Cricket (i.e. referral program, insurance, billing, etc). The store was extremely clean and well maintained and stocked. I would definitely recommend this store to any existing or potential Cricket customer.”

“There's no way that this store & the Mayfield Heights store are the same company. Tierra was wonderful. She listened without cutting me off. She couldn't solve my problem but got her manager in no time flat who also couldn't help. However she was able to get someone from corporate on the phone with me in minutes. Unfortunately, that guy kept talking over me also but finally put his supervisor, Curtis, on the phone who stopped talking & listened & said oh you're right there shouldn't be a downpayment on anything that's free. Thank you Tiera & Curtis for solving my problem. I hope you both get raises, promotions or at least acknowledged for retaining a 13 year customer. Guess I spoke too soon. Curtis was supposed to call at 4:30 to complete the correction, it's 5:06 & no Curtis. We'll see what next months phone bill looks like.”
