“Best record store in Central Ohio! The owners are friendly, helpful, and know how to properly grade the condition of an album. When it says VG+, it is VG+! All of their inventory is high quality used albums (and a few CDs) so don't go looking for the latest Taylor Swift release on Record Store Day – you won't find it there for a least a few days! :) My personal shopping experience has been great. David Lewis has introduced me to some fantastic artists I would never have heard of without his caring enough to share his encyclopedic knowledge of music, and I've found some amazing jazz & Brit-pop records there over the years just thumbing through the stacks and enjoying the vibe. Go there, buy an album, and be glad stores like this still exist!”

I had a question about which games were compatible with my Xbox and was taken care of. One of the two games was on sale so I was happy to find out at the register that I was saving a bit of money. Stop in and take a look around. You most likely will leave with something and will be happy you stopped in!”

Mohammad greeted me immediately and I informed him of my oddball situation and what I needed. The gentleman Faizon and his associates were amazing! They made me feel comfortable from jump.I had a big problem with my number switchover due to my crappy old phone.Without me telling them, they saw I really wanted to keep my number,so they worked the problem together for an hour Calm,cool, collected.Impessive guys!! “Plumber bail on me today didn't want the hassle of trying to find a odd part for a facet. So headed to Sutherlands and found a wonderful sales associate that not only helped me find the right thing but gave me some insight to the problem I was having with the shower. Hade it fixed in 30 mins good as new. With the money I saved on the Plumber was able to up Grade. to a better setup. During the transfer of info to a new phone bought online, the final steps were not able to be completed. This became a complicated problem. Dylan worked over an hour and a half past the store closing time to ensure the phone would be in good working order for me. He was professional, patient, and kind beyond words.
