Even though it was hectic and packed, you took the time to help me get everything squared away with a little four wheeler. Honestly, hands down the best customer experience I've had at Target. That little interaction and all the help you gave me was the difference between a bad day and a good day. I truly do appreciate everything you helped me with. “I walked in not knowing a thing about what’s new with tvs since I haven’t shopped for one in like 10 years. A young man named Omar approached me and was one of the most professional and kind person I have ever spoken to in a store. He broke down the ins and outs for me and asked me questions that I had no idea were important but in fact it helped me understand so much more. He got the guys out to my house and they hooked up all the surround sound he recommended and the new 83” and it was truly the best experience I could’ve had.”
“It’s a great little quaint shop in BARBERTON I was just in there yesterday to drop off/sale a Sabrina Carpenter cassette yes you read that right the lady behind the counter I believe her name is Stefanie, was a nice and knowledgeable lady help me out a lot will be stopping into further my cassette tape collection”

John spent two hours trying to get it to work and officially had to buy another phone because mine finally went dead on me. “There is a recent negative review of this store complaining about needing the T-life app to purchase or upgrade a phone. While annoying, that is no fault of the employees at the retail stores. I had to jump through many hoops to upgrade my phone, but Abby was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the process and walked me through every step. Seriously amazing. If you are unsure what you need to do or what the process entails, I highly suggest you call or visit the store BEFORE you plan on purchasing a new phone so you can have your ducks in a row and make the process as smooth as possible. Again, NOT the fault of the employees, they are just following policy! Once I had everything in place, the process of upgrading was quite simple and didn’t take long at all. Abby explained differences between iPhones so I could make an informed decision on which model was best for my needs. I never felt pressured to purchase the most expensive or latest model. Kevin got all of my data and information transferred from my old phone and let me know about features on my new iPhone. I did purchase some accessories that were comparably priced to what I’d find at other stores, and I felt good leaving the store with a case and screen protector on my new phone. This store also has an employee that speaks Spanish which was nice to see!”

“This isn’t going to be a normal review- I ended up locking my keys and my phone in my car while I was getting gas. I ran inside, I was a mess, I was frantic and honestly the employee was who helped bring me back to reality. I didn’t get his name, but he was so nice and calm. He let me use their phone, pulled up a towing company so I could call. He informed me how much it is for semis when they lock their keys out of their car so I knew a range. He was just very knowledgeable and kind. Genuinely appreciate the hospitality I recieved when my mind was going a million miles a minute.
