I have been with Metro for 10 years and was thinking about leaving because of a bad experience I had in a KY T-mobile store. However, Abe completely turned that feeling around. AND, since I am over the age of 55, he got my WiFi cost down to $45 a month instead of $55. All I can say is, there's a reason that I have been with Metro for over 10 years.”

“Gone through this place for the past ten years, they always help and offer advice and information. I’ve dealt with the same guy for years, he never seems to be after my pockets which is always appreciated because it allows me to make sound decisions. I’ve bought phones here back when I was a younger adult and I have also more recently bought them for my kids. I’ve never received a bad used phone. I had one issue getting a phone to connect to a prepaid plan and it was fixed the same day.”

“This Verizon store located in Levis Commons is excellent. I have been in there a few times and the service I am given is always good. Yesterday though the service was remarkable. I walked in the evening without an appointment to get a phone activated and Dustin was remarkable even among other good experiences that I have had at the store. Extremely courteous and knowledgable and efficient. Found great deals for me to take advantage of and solved the activation issue on just a few minutes. He even texted me at the end of the day following up with everything and giving me an update on the orders. I cannot speak highly enough about Dustin or the rest of the crew that was working on the evening of 7/25/2024. There were other people in the store being helped and I took notice of how professional, courteous, and efficient the entrie staff was. “I've had cricket wireless for a number years now and I am very happy with their service. I was disappointed that when I recently talked to several representatives of cricket about the emergency broadband benefit, none seem to be able to help me. Even though their website promotes it. This has been going on for weeks and I just think if they're offering that benefit that the representatives should be more informed about it. That disappointed and frustrated me to the point of wanting to switch companies.”

“I've been helped in this store previously and they were kind and helpful! I called and spoke with the manager Jordan due my younger brother having issues with a location in Defiance, OH. Jordan was so helpful even though it was not a location he was responsible for since I was not able to drive there due to me just having surgery. The Defiance location took advantage of the fact that my brother was young and didn't know how to take care of things and they REFUSED to help him with the issues.

While other locations are often third-party vendors or authorized retailers for Verizon, this is a direct/corporate location, and no matter how many times we've shopped around, the employees here always seem to find the best deal for us.”
