“Gone through this place for the past ten years, they always help and offer advice and information. I’ve dealt with the same guy for years, he never seems to be after my pockets which is always appreciated because it allows me to make sound decisions. I’ve bought phones here back when I was a younger adult and I have also more recently bought them for my kids. I’ve never received a bad used phone. I had one issue getting a phone to connect to a prepaid plan and it was fixed the same day.”

“I've had cricket wireless for a number years now and I am very happy with their service. I was disappointed that when I recently talked to several representatives of cricket about the emergency broadband benefit, none seem to be able to help me. Even though their website promotes it. This has been going on for weeks and I just think if they're offering that benefit that the representatives should be more informed about it. That disappointed and frustrated me to the point of wanting to switch companies.”

“Like the phone message said, I made an appointment for curbside, but showed up 30 minutes early and went inside. Justin greeted me, and asked me a few questions. When he started to work on the phone I excused myself and went out to the car. Then he came out, and we chatted about the phone. He fixed the problem, and did a few more things for me. He was friendly and patient. The store was clean and neat. When a customer came to the door a salesperson opened it and started to help the customer.”

“Tonight I had the privilege of working with an incredible young man named Donavan while switching my entire account and all of my devices over to T-Mobile. In a world where genuine kindness can sometimes feel hard to come by, Donavan was truly a breath of fresh air. From the moment we met, he treated me with patience, respect, and kindness. His warm personality has a way of making you feel like more than just another customer—he makes you feel valued. The process took quite a while, but not once did he make me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. He answered every question with a smile, made sure everything was transferred correctly, and turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that was genuinely enjoyable. It’s easy to recognize someone who is simply doing their job. It’s much more special to meet someone who clearly cares about people. Donavan has a rare gift for connecting with others, and I have no doubt he’ll leave a positive impression on everyone he helps. If you’re thinking about switching to T-Mobile, I sincerely hope you have the opportunity to work with Donavan. Young people like him deserve to be recognized—not just for what they do, but for the kindness and character they bring to the world. Thank you, Donavan, for reminding me that exceptional customer service still exists.”

She worked through the maze that AT&T left us, got us out of a nightmare and saved us a ton of money. Pleasant, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She gave us absolute 5-Star service. Thanks again Devin and Boost Mobile!”
