“Great customer service by Mark and Mike at the MetroPCs on Hill and Reynolds Avenue. They were very professional, gave exceptional service, and I would go back to upgrade with them or for more customer advice anytime. I did not appreciate the way I was jerked around by their overseas management having to come into the store 3 times in order to get my account credited after being a customer for 5+ years. However, those two were great and I think they were both great salesman. Sheila the regional supervisor who granted my credit was AMAZING as well. Handled the situation the way it should’ve been handled in the first place. The people whoever Mike and Mark had to call overseas (their customer service GBS whoever) was terrible. Mike and Mark were exceptional at dealing with the situation and making sure it got handled”
“Gone through this place for the past ten years, they always help and offer advice and information. I’ve dealt with the same guy for years, he never seems to be after my pockets which is always appreciated because it allows me to make sound decisions. I’ve bought phones here back when I was a younger adult and I have also more recently bought them for my kids. I’ve never received a bad used phone. I had one issue getting a phone to connect to a prepaid plan and it was fixed the same day.”

“I've had cricket wireless for a number years now and I am very happy with their service. I was disappointed that when I recently talked to several representatives of cricket about the emergency broadband benefit, none seem to be able to help me. Even though their website promotes it. This has been going on for weeks and I just think if they're offering that benefit that the representatives should be more informed about it. That disappointed and frustrated me to the point of wanting to switch companies.”

“I went to the Teen Mobile Store on Airport Hwy in Toledo, Ohio with two of my boys yesterday. We worked with Xavier. I am not tech savvy at all, and Xavier was so patient and he helped me figure out what I needed to keep my internet up when service goes out ( a hot spot and a teen mobile internet box). He talked to my boys so they weren’t bored, and he was just all around helpful, I highly recommend that store, and please ask for Xavier, he is hands down, one of the best associates I have worked with at a cell phone store.”
