“Love the place and love the people; however, I get frustrated with the services. Trying to make electronic payments 6 days before it's due but specific date will not show up for needed due date so have to incur service charge. Also my Dad had an issue with the ATM (for which the bank cannot service) and while they credited his account; they have now decided that he basically "lied" and charged him for not getting his money in the first place - extremely disappointed”

“I walked into this location to use the ATM and was experiencing issues with my card - it’s nearly expired and old. Kason promptly greeted me and when he recognized I was in a bit of a hurry, he helped me set up a digital card to be able to use the ATM rather than stand in line for the teller. Kason, you’re a natural born salesperson. If you don’t move up in the ranks at the bank, you have a good calling in sales. Thanks for your help. I’ll definitely use this location again.”
“great branch overall, ive been to multiple US Bank branches in the area and the gentleman with the glasses (cant remember his name) was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable and was able to step in and help.
my only negative would be there is one lady, shorter lady with black hair, she gave me wrong information on my credit card, she did not seem to know the answer and guessed, and was also talking to another employee, taller lady, during my transaction about another customer and their interaction. she also continued to try to sell me a credit card that I explicitly said I was not interested. this didn't make me feel comfortable and I probably will only go to him going forward.”
“I've had some somewhat long wait times here but over all, the people have been really friendly, especially if they recognize me (I come here a lot for work deposits). I guess I'm more patient than others, it's not a fast food restaurant lol. They also seem to have new people a lot so I imagine getting people trained and sticking around is tough but idk for sure. I hope they're treating employees well, it's gotta be hard working at a bank”

Why giving 4 star is because there must be something wrong with their phone number on google. I couldn't call the branch. This also happened to another branch's phone number.”
