Patrick was working and let me tell you, his knowledge of the products and his customer service skills should be recognized. He helped me find a pair but also went over and beyond trying to locate the ones i was looking for and wrote all the information down as mine were discontinued and where i might be able to find them. “Doug helped fit me for new ski boots. I am 67 and have arthritis. The store was very busy yet he took his time to explain in detail what type of boot may work and what he can do with my current boots in the meantime that are too big. I bought boots that open from the back that makes them much easier to put on. Doug is helping me with a binding issue as the new boots require different bindings than what I have. All this to say, that he went 'above and beyond' in helping me. Thank you, Doug.”
“Decent styles for taller and bulkier guys, as with any big and tall the prices are a bit overboard but the employees are very helpful and genuinely care about making sure you leave the store happy. -1 star just due to prices.”

“I was in the store on the 14th and bought my son's suit for prom. I am so glad that I came here, because the color suit he wanted was 100.00 less than the 1st place to which we had gone. I was able to get a suit, shirt, bow tie accessories and cuff links and alterations for less than the price of the suit at the 1st place. Les and Betty were so friendly and helpful.
I returned to the store on the 25th to pick up his suit after alterations and Jeanette rang us out. She was pleasant and helpful as well.”

“Love the Orvis shop and the guys who work there. I've gone in a few times, and i always lose track of time. When I bought my rod, there was no pressure. In fact, I tried quite a few different ones in different price ranges, and I got help with my casting. I recently took the 101 class and can't wait to take 201. Manuel and Tom were really supportive and encouraging. As someone who has been out floating and wading with guides, I walked away from this experience learning more than I had on those trips. They also seemed genuinely excited to share tips and give advice. I highly recommend the class, even if you're just stepping into fly fishing! You can stay afterward and test out some rods, and take advantage of the extra deals!”

“Such a sweet encounter today with the young woman working at fields Ertel Sephora today. She asked me quietly if my daughter could have a perfume sample as she admired all the cosmetics. I said yes. She gave her a tiny bottle of sample perfume in a small Sephora bag. It absolutely made my little girl's day.”

The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. If you need a nice outfit on the fly at a reasonable price, then this is the place to go.”
“The girl who helped me when I came in was knowledgeable about the shoes. I didn't feel like there was much of a selection for wider feet but didn't really get enough time to look. The store was pretty busy and the isles were kinda narrow so it made browsing a bit uncomfortable. I will try again when it's less busy.”

“This store has great clothes for great prices. For example, I've bought multiple Victoria's secret sports bra here for around $12 each when the normal price for these bras is typically about $50. I don't know how they are able to sell name brand clothes at such a steep discount but I'm sure glad they do. They also sell so many other types of discounted clothes as well, and as far as I can tell, these items are basically indistinguishable those that you would buy from the name brand retailer.”
“Is it sacrilege to say I might have had more fun picking out my (now) husband's suit here than shopping for my wedding dress? I've worked in retail for 10 years, and trust me, these are the good guys—they will ensure you leave with precisely what you want, not with what you didn't need. There are a lot of stores out there, but the ones with souls are rare. You can get your suit anywhere, but if you want one that comes with good memories—and a really, really good fit—get it here. And unlike my dress, you can wear it more than once!”

“I've visited here probably five times in the past month and a half getting ready for my wedding. They're owned by the same company as Men's Warehouse, and yet they beat the brakes off MW in terms of service and price. Every time I've come into this location, I've been promptly greeted and asked(not harrassed) if I needed help. They respect online sale prices(even if it's a flash sale that they're unaware of), and more importantly they respect you. Today I went in looking like a fool, with a dirty baseball cap, ratty v-neck, golf shorts, and loafers, yet they STILL respected me and helped me find several shirts in my size which I was hoping to try on. Solid shop, thanks for helping me out yall!”
“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”
“I came in with my daughter for back to school shopping. My daughter is fairly small and tall, so it’s hard finding pants that fit her. Shiyanne was able to find us a few different styles of jeans and dress pants that my daughter could try on. I was so happy when I realized that they carried a tall version in the pants, and so was my daughter. Not only was Shiyanne customer service great, she was so attentive to the other customers and other workers when they needed her help, while still making sure we were doing okay. We ended up leaving with two pairs of pants and we ordered some online as well.”

“My favorite store in the outlet mall. They usually have a good selection of shoes and are always helpful to find the size you need. They also give good recommendations for their shoes. The staff is friendly. Shoutout to Taylor and Braedon (not sure if I spelled that right) for always giving me the best customer service!! I recommend this store!”
