“They're great. It's always easy to find someone when you need help, and the staff is very friendly. The service desk employees go above and beyond to make sure that they resolve any issues. Now I find out they offer free delivery on some items? Amazing. It's super helpful when you have a booked schedule and only have a day at most to take care of some projects. Suddenly you can take your little evening downtime to put together list and poof, it's all there when you need it without spending hours getting there, searching around and getting back. I love shopping there, but the online experience is clutch.

“this is a good location to visit. the entrance could be worked on a little bit but that's not their fault (thanks columbus). they always keep it clean at this store and always have things stocked up and ready for the average DIY'er. there is one lady whom. i'm not particularly a fan. she is very rude and a bit over barring with her job, as if she is getting graded by someone daily. but other than her- the staff is great and always helpful.”

“I needed a law mower, so I called this store. The person on the phone was very helpful and told me what was in stock/answered the questions I had. Also Frank helped me very quickly, and packed it into my car for me. Shout out to those two for getting me the tool I needed quickly and easily.”

“I'm crying my eyes out as I leave this review. My oldest brother was diagnosed with lung cancer. He was starting chemo so I thought it would be nice to get him a lift chair. Around this time, my husband was fighting a terrible bout of Covid. I ordered my brothers chair via Menards website and thought it would take a while to arrive so I'd have time to take care of hubby. NOPE! That bad boy was there lightning fast. I called the store in a panic and spoke to a very kind gentleman named Tony. He assured me he would hold the chair. Today, my brother is moving into his forever home. I pray to God that he'll be there for a long time. I looked on the website, and it showed I was past the pickup time. My heart sank to the floor! His chair was gone! I called the store. I got a manager who located Tony and this amaaaaaazing human had held the chair! This kind of kindness and thoughtfulness guarantees we will continue to shop Menards! Thank you so much, Tony, for being a man of your word. May God bless you and yours! You should always check out the stuff in the little freezer that have back in the food section close to the appliances. It changes kind of frequently, and some of the Items are really great!”

“I was there today to buy blinds. An associate named Burt told me “I cannot cut more than 3 blinds per customer.” which seems a bit silly of a rule as I only needed 6 but fine. So my husband said “perfect because she is buying 3 and I’ll buy 3.” Burt then said “I cannot spend hours on the floor cutting blinds and you’ll have to order the online. He missed our point. His customer service skills are awful and he was not helpful. In any event, I tried to order then online like he said to. Well, it said “cannot purchase online”. Now what? So I found another associate named Nicholas. He was extremely pleasant and tried to help us. He isn’t able to cut blinds but found someone else who could and later saw us and apologized for the other employee and asked if there was anything else he could help us with. Hopefully Nick’s manager recognizes what he has in him for an employee because I almost walked out and went to Home Depot or elsewhere.”

“We have seen so many employees talking and treating customers terribly for no reason, tons of attitude, unwillingness to help, etc. As someone who has worked in customer service before, I can understand how easy it is to lose your cool but there have been three instances we witnessed where the customer was asking a question nicely and calmly and they just lose it..My fiance and I had a poor experience and I'm happy to share it with corporate because the store manager is absolutely the problem.”
