“Really have to give a shout out here to a manager named Jacob H. He really went out of his way to help me get my EZ-pass transponder when I left it in the car. Although just my luck, they had taken the basket to the lost and found. Anybody who’s dealt with National’s lost and found policy knows that it is atrocious. The unlimited menus to try and speak to a human, then it eventually will ring to a phone that doesn’t even exist is virtual hell. Thank you, Jacob H. For sparing me, my sanity. Can’t express how much of a blessing it is to have staff for service I use frequently be reliable.
Also National IT make your survey option more available. I searched for 15 minutes on google and your web page.

If something is not correct , they try to handle it right away. A young man name Juan and young lady name Morgan , both are phenomenal. “I was in Cleveland for the NCAA final four Womens Bball tourney and I was 20 minutes away from the venue. I went online to reserve a car with Enterprise and immediately received a call from the North Olmstead location who provided me with the details of my rental. The agent came to the hotel and picked me up made me feel like I was VIP lol. They made the transaction so easy for me.. “Took 16ft truck from Ohio to Texas. Avg 10mpg. Truck was comfortable with good AC. Tires were good. Top speed set about 77 but you don't need to go faster in that kind of truck anyway. Just beware of that limit when passing other trucks or you'll upset the four-wheeler behind you. LOL. It will teach you to have patience with the big-rigs.”

“My sisters and I flew into the Cleveland Airport from all around the country for our bi-annual gathering last Monday, September 29th. It was my job to rent the car. When I got to the Hertz Desk, Evie, the attendant looked up my reservation and said that it was actually set for downtown Cleveland. I would not have made a downtown reservation as we were all flying into the airport. It took well over an hour, but with Evie’s help, the support specialist I finally got connected to canceled that downtown reservation without penalty and Evie got us a comparable minivan for our 5 day visit to Ohio. She was patient and supportive and very helpful, and helped this very tired traveler and her sisters get on the road for a wonderful vacation. Thank you, Evie!!!”
“I had a terrific experience with budget on a busy Friday. There was not a huge line, but an Avid employee offered to help me out. She gave me a nice new Ford Edge which was perfect for my needs. It was and is a great experience and I had been dreading it based on some reviews I read. I'm glad I picked Budget/Avis.‼️?”
“I had a great experience with this rental company. My daughter and I plane landed around 9 in the morning and we went straight to the shuttle so we could get our rental car. We were the only ones in line and the associate was really nice to us. She greeted us and had a conversation with us. The check in for the car was really fast and simple. She told me which spot the car was parked in and told me that the keys were already in the car.
When it was time to return the car, they were closed since we had an early morning flight (5 am). We just followed the Hertz signs and dropped off in the designated spot. We kept the keys in the car and that was it. Since they were closed, we didn't have to go to the counter.
We hopped on the shuttle bus and it took us to the airport for our flight.
My deposit was returned that same day and I was only charged for what I owed. I filled up the tank before dropping off so I wasn't charged extra for that all.
The only reason I gave this company 4 stars was because they didn't let me know that it was damage already done to the car so I was panicking the entire time that I had the rental because I thought they were going to charge me for something that I didn't do.
I do think that they should let their customers know when there's already damage done to the car so we are aware and not stressed the entire time.
Other than that, everything else was perfect!! Will definitely book with them again!!”

I had a choice of a couple suv's. Took a nice Mitsubishi SUV. Great to have a choice. Will be renting again from this location again in January and February.”
