The online people told me somethings that were not exactly correct and the manager, Trevon Smith had to explain the truth. He helped me set up my new I-phones and handled the return of the old phones for trade in. His service was superb even though he did not get any commission on the phone purchases and his knowledge was excellent. “I stopped by Boost Mobile today! I saw on Facebook they were doing an event. Visit with Santa and they were handing out free toys! We took our 2 year old daughter! It truly was so so nice! She has talked about it all day! Is was so great! It truly was. I was worried pulling in they would try to pitch us. Which I would if totally understood if they did. But they let us enjoy the time with our daughter! And visit with Santa. Gave her a free toy! It was awesome. All the staff was amazingggg!! Truly amazing! “My experience with IFixx was great. From the very beginning, I left a message and they called back quickly. I missed their call and had a message back from them. When we finally did get in touch with each other, they were very knowledgeable about what I needed. I made an appointment and I was leery of meeting at a shared office space that didn't have their name on the storefront but it worked out fine. They were right on time for the appointment. I had cracks in my screen so they replaced it. It's like a new phone! When the time came for me to pick my phone up, I had a very hard time finding a parking space downtown. That, coupled with the traffic caused me to be about 20 minutes late which really stressed me out. The rep waited patiently for me and was calm as a cucumber even though I was so stressed about being late. I'll definitely go back to IFixx with future phone problems!”
