“We unexpectedly showed up to their shop after noticing something looked wrong with the hitch/trailer we had just picked up in Roanoke VA. They immediately identified that the Roanoke store (on Williamson, do not go there) installed the hitch improperly and was detaching from my car frame. They also noticed the wiring was laid on my exhaust and melted, and there was no heat protection around the wiring up to my battery. They immediately got my car in the shop and fixed the issues. Great customer service and greatly appreciated help.”

Easy pick up and drop off, I didn't have my phone, so I had to wait on my ride to get me and use their phone. One thing that I would recommend is that you get Wi-Fi for customers. I was out of data one time and it couldn't get my truck and had to go through hoops to get it
But other than that, U haul is the best around. My girlfriend and her mom rented the truck Crystal Potter and Diana Waugh.”
“This location is much friendlier than the one on Old Avery Road in Dublin. The CSR Kelly at that other U-Haul gave away the trailer I had reserved while I stood there and watched, so I had to come here, instead.

“Make sure to have the U-Haul app! Made mobile pickup so much easier. For whatever reason, trying to do it through safari on the general U-Haul website was very difficult (might have just been my settings). Once I downloaded the app it was very clear directions and easy to navigate. Overall great experience!”

“My husband and I rented a 15' truck to move from our two-bedroom home out of state to our new place in Columbus. Although the parking lot/dropoff area was a little tight and confusing to navigate, dropping our vehicle off at this location went extremely smoothly. We were checked out by Gary, who was very friendly and professional, adeptly handling multiple questions/issues coming up while also taking care of us. Unless we can find an alternative adequate location closer to us, I would certainly rent from this location in the future, if needed.”

“We rented a van from U-haul to move a desk/shelf unit we purchased online it was the perfect size. We ordered the furniture dolly and the hand cart and both were in the van. We needed to pick up before they opened and used their automated pickup. The app could use some updates but it worked, albeit slowly. But made it nice to not have to wait in line or talk with anyone. All in all a quick easy rental to accomplish the task.”
