3525 Maysville Pike, ZanesvillePeanut was extremely sick. The day before she was sick she was extremely happy and healthy and within hours she deteriorated. I called vets for help. Explained she was dying and needed to get her in ASAP. Everyone wanted me to wait hours to get her in. Not them. They told me to bring her now. We get there and they where so kind and caring. Put us in room. Told us what we knew. They were gentle. They gave us time with her. They helped her to go to rainbow heaven. My family is grateful for them and helping peanut. Thank you.

The staff went out of their way to reassure us they would be fine and well cared for. We were not disappointed. Rocket and Si were happy and healthy when we came to get them, they even got Si our shy guy to pose for a picture during playtime. We wouldn’t hesitate to have our guys stay The Winston Pet Hotel again!

This was our second visit to Russo‘s, and my first time posting about the experience. Both times have been solid, positive experiences. This time we enjoyed a thin crust pizza with vegan cheese that melted, and was gooey and did not harden, nor taste like rubber. Service in the bar was excellent.
