“I gave them 2 stars only because they were open on Sunday. I pulled in with a tire already off of the vehicle and asked if they had a used tire that would fit. He said let me check and took the tire and started looking. Apparently they found one that fit because they started replacing my tire with out saying anything or discussing the price. Then they brought it to me and I said how much and he said $50 I was shocked and then he gave me my change from his wallet . Once I got the tire back to my van I realized it was the wrong size tire. So I will definitely not be coming back here again.

I changed this to 5 stars because I went back today and let them know it was the wrong size and they changed it out and were very nice about it. I will be recommending this place to my friends. Thank you.”

“Very honest about what did and did not need to be done. I asked for a coolant flush, but after testing my fluids, they recommended a brake fluid flush instead because my coolant tested good. And the brake fluid flush was cheaper.”

“Needed a quick emergency fix - a piece of plastic shielding under my car came loose after I hit a big puddle and it was dragging the pavement. I stopped by hoping they could squeeze me in, but bracing to be told it would be hours. They jumped right on it and removed it for me. Very nice guys!”

“These guys do such a good job.Great attitude too I take my grom.Tires on my motorcycle up here.Since they're not spoked, they are able to put them on for me.I greatly appreciate it.They're fast.They let me know if there's any damage or anything like that and it's reasonable to have them put on granted, there was one time they put the tires on the wrong rim, but they fixed the problem within minutes after I brought them back, didn't give me a hard time, nothing i will forever use this place.”
“Made an appointment to bing vehicle in. Met with Dustin the service advisor. He gave the name of the mechanic who was going to look at my car and told me they would be in touch to tell me what was going on. About 3 hours later, Dustin calls to give an update and explained there was a little more that needed to be investigated. Two hours later I was contacted about the diagnosis and the costs it would take. They sent me photos of the issues and a report . I was allowed to call back and give the notice to pproceed. They give AAA discounts and also have on line coupons. I got my car the next day. The staff was very nice, the office was clean and the prices were reasonable. I really like how they explained what was wrong with the car, what it the toh would take to fix it, sent photos for proof and the turnaround time to finished the job. All done in 24 hours.
I will definitely give them my business again. You should too.”
“A couple weeks ago I got new/used tires at place called Flash tires shop 2. Used to be known or maybe still is known as “Dennis Tires” They ended up taking the wheels off the tires I was getting and put my wheels on. They were super fast but I wanted all my tires to match the SAME air pressure. I asked them to fix it and they worked on it again and told me to drive down the road and come back. I did just that and my tire pressure was still way off 30, 42, 28, 36. I showed them and they worked on it some more still couldn’t figure it out. I went back there 3 different times within the same day! Then my wheel sensors kept throwing lights on my dash. We told them about it they said they couldn’t do anything. Well today took my car to Texas Tires Tulsa - #32 to get my sensors reset since the other place couldn’t help me and they said they could not find my sensor in my back left tire. The nice guys told me to take my car back to the other shop and tell them they need to fix it and even gave me a quote for a sensor to give to them so they could cover the price. So went there told them that this place told me to go there ONCE AGAIN and tell them they messed my sensors up and it needs to be fixed or they need to pay for it to be fixed. One, I had to use a translator just to communicate exactly what I was telling them and they kept saying that it was not their problem. I had the receipt and everything. My car was fine before they messed with my wheels. I have went up there several times and they were very rude and hateful. Told me to take it to the dealership. They had no tools to scan my car for a sensor or even replace it. Also said they would not give me the money to fix it either. I’m furious. I called Texas Tire and they told me to just come back that they would get me in ASAP and replace it for me. They were very concerned that me as a mother was driving my car around with my baby and couldn’t even check my tire pressure. Texas Tire got me in super quick and fixed my issue. A man named Dusty Harmon had my car done super quick very efficient work and VERY respectful! They took care of me and my car and told me that if I had any issues to bring it back immediately. I have never felt so relieved and comfortable knowing that my car is good to drive now.
Please don’t ever use Flash Tire shop 2! They are awful people to work with. Very rude and disrespectful.

I went to Maverick and Qt to use their pump and neither location worked. Not too familiar with Jenks I went to GOOGLE and was directed to this location.
