“I’ve never experienced another company like Arvest. Not just in banking — in any industry.
I’ve been with them for over 20 years, and in all that time I cannot point to a single problem that Arvest created. Not one. That’s unheard of. Every other company I’ve dealt with, whether it’s technology giants like Google or local businesses, has let me down at least once. Arvest is the only one I can stand behind without question.
Their accessibility is unmatched. You can always reach them — in person, on the phone, or online — and they don’t just “take a message.” They solve issues quickly, often in minutes, while other banks would drag things out for days. They’ve fixed problems for me that weren’t even their fault, simply because they refused to leave me stranded.
Recently, for the very first time in my life, I had a debit card compromised through another bank. I had never even used the physical card, so the compromise was shocking. And it drove home just how extraordinary Arvest has been: in two decades with them, nothing like that has ever happened. They’ve protected me flawlessly for 20 years, and I didn’t even realize how rare that was until I saw what “normal” looks like elsewhere.
I even had a family member mention switching to a closer local bank, and I couldn’t help myself — I threw a bit of a fit. I ranted about how there is literally no competitor for Arvest. The extra 10-minute drive to see them in person, if they ever even needed to, is worth it every single time, because nobody else offers the same trust, accessibility, and peace of mind.
In two decades, Arvest has given me zero reasons to doubt them. They are unmatched in security, accessibility, and service. They deserve six stars — five simply doesn’t cover it. I mean honestly there should be a feature to give maybe 1 6-star review in your life, and if there were - i'd give it to Arvest.”

The new name does nothing to describe their service. It is about as definitive and elegant as calling it “ gazornaflatz” or humbadeebee !”

“I recommend everyone to Arvest when the topic of banking or checking comes up. I liked when they used to stay open until 8pm, now it's not as late but still later than most banks. Everyone I've spoken to and dealt with have always been extremely nice and helpful. I love that they offer free checking with optional overdraft protection. My husband and I have been members of Arvest since we met about 19 years ago. We have done business with a local credit union and they don't compare to Arvest! My husband and daughter just closed their checking accounts with them because my daughter moved over to Arvest after some unauthorized debits the credit union did on her account. I know that would never be a problem with Arvest. I did not know Arvest had a free checking available for teens or we would have opened with them instead. Arvest is always quick to call when there is suspicious activity on our accounts. I have learned ALWAYS answer the phone when they call because it usually means someone's trying to use your account fraudulently. My mom has a different local bank she has had for years. I've tried and tried to get her to switch to Arvest but she's set in her ways. An overdraft fee is $11 cheaper with Arvest than her bank. Arvest is open later, they have better online banking... I could go on and on. Also when her check was stolen it was a huge hassle vs. the times our checks have been stolen or account hacked. If course it's always a hassle no matter the bank, but Arvest does most of the legwork for you and doesn't make you take off work to run all over town filing police reports and sending in paperwork. They also have a fantastic referral program that I hope they continue to do long term. If I could refer you I would and we would both get $50! Now what bank does that?! I'm sure its against Yelps rules otherwise I would leave you my referral link. “I've been using this bank since 2016, and have had no issues. Plus the customer service is great!I also have had a car loan through here and was given a great interest rate for a first time buyer. Plus the app is super easy to use, to pay my car payment without having to come in.Definitely won't be going anywhere else.”
