5542 St Johns Side Rd, Whitchurch-StouffvilleOur dog started attending Mas and Paws Pet Resort in the fall of 2023. Although he was 20 months of age, he still had some maturing to do including being more patient and managing impulse control. Consistency is important and having a team that reinforces the behaviour we want is refreshing. He's blossomed into such a wonderful dog thanks in part to Janet and her crew and his every need is tended to while in their care. He's made doggie friends and loves it so much that he tap dances in our front foyer when it's time to head over. Thank you Janet and everyone who cares for our boy. Rachelle and Al Buckle

16586 Woodbine Ave, Whitchurch-StouffvilleThis location is well organized and efficiently run.We had clear instructions and videos sent to prepare us on what to expect, how to check-in when we arrive, and can quickly check-out during pick up time.They provide essential services that help with animal care and have done a marvelous job. The staff are friendly and well knowledged.However, if you're driving there during minimal light, and the road is hard to see, please be careful. I had eye surgery and have a very difficult time seeing in poor lighting, and it was a very rainy day when I went and I nearly missed the entrance.
