He called me personally to talk and help me pick the correct size for my dog. Top notch customer service and excellent product. Since finding the right size, the boots are super durable, stay on, and keep my dogs feet dry.

My dog Blanco can be a little nervous with strangers, but Johnny’s gentle, patient, and caring approach put him completely at ease. He treats every dog like his own — with love, respect, and such careful attention to detail. Blanco has never looked better! Johnny is not only talented at his craft, but he’s also one of the kindest, most trustworthy, and honest people you will ever meet. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares this much, and I am so grateful to have found him. If you want your pet in the best hands possible, Johnny is the one to go to truly the best groomer and trustworthy around!

392 John Street, ThornhillBoth my wife and I have had dogs our whole lives, and Dr. Cooper is, without question, the best vet we’ve ever had for our pets.
Years ago, one of our dogs developed persistent skin issues. We spent about six months at a very reputable veterinary clinic in Toronto, with multiple visits, tests, and different medications, but nothing seemed to work. We eventually sought a second opinion and ended up seeing Dr. Cooper.
In a single visit, he took the time to look at the whole picture, came up with a different possible cause that hadn’t previously been considered, and recommended a treatment. The relief was almost immediate, and the skin condition was ultimately resolved for good.
That experience really showed us the value of having an excellent vet. They’re simply not all the same, and Dr. Cooper is exceptional.
We now have a new dog, and there was no question that we wanted Dr. Cooper to be his vet. We live in Greektown near downtown Toronto and happily travel all the way across the city to Thornhill to see him. After our experience with him, we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Five stars for Green Lane Animal Hospital, and especially for Dr. Cooper. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Dr. Cox is knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain everything, follows up after visits, and uses excellent diagnostics to make sure nothing is overlooked. Her recommendations have always been thoughtful and reasonable, and we’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary treatments.
It’s also refreshing to support a veterinarian who owns and operates her own practice rather than a large corporate clinic. The level of personalized care and dedication really shows.
We can’t recommend Dr. Cox and Smith Veterinary Hospital highly enough.
