I've had several great experiences at the Maple PetSmart. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I need. Kyle has been an incredible help every time I visit—he's always happy to answer my questions and has given me some great advice that's been really helpful with my dog's training.

One thing I really appreciate is how welcoming the staff are, not just to customers but to the dogs as well. They always greet my dog with a smile, offer free treats, and create such a warm, friendly atmosphere that my dog gets excited every time we walk through the doors. It's clear the team genuinely cares about animals. Highly recommended!

Dr. Rebecca and her team are truly one of a kind. From the moment you walk into the clinic, you are welcomed with open arms and such big hearts. It truly feels like family every single visit. The care and love they show Oscar and Tino always comes first, and it gives us so much comfort knowing they are in such amazing hands.

Randi, Linda, and Alanna are absolutely incredible. Their communication is always thoughtful, helpful, and reassuring, and their knowledge and compassion never go unnoticed. They go above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience.

Oscar and Tino genuinely get excited to come to the clinic and are always so happy when they leave, which says everything about the environment Dr. Rebecca and her team have created. We are so grateful for the kindness, care, and dedication they show our pets and our family.

Doggieland Vaughan has been absolutely amazing with our girl, Yuna. She is a very nervous rescue, and while we tried another boarding location first, she became so comfortable with the Vaughan team that we now willingly drive much farther just to board her here.

Yuna is incredibly skittish around strangers, but the team has been so patient and kind that she has genuinely grown to love everyone there. As a more introverted dog, she gets the exact space and boundaries she needs to feel safe. We can finally rest easy on our trips knowing she is in such caring, capable hands. Thank you, Doggieland Vaughan!

Stopped for some pastries before a long drive. Got a raspberry pistachio danish and a tiramisu danish, along with a blueberry lemonade. Everything was delicious! The tiramisu danish still tasted fresh after a 5 hour car ride (I had it sitting in the air conditioning). My only critique is that it was difficult to hear what name was being called - bakeries don't have the best acoustics and it was packed with people. Will definitely go back the next time I'm in Toronto.

Visited Sugarhill for the first time on a Sunday afternoon for dessert with my girlfriend, and it was a great experience. She ordered the Strawberry Fields on the Waffle, and I went with the chocolate fudge cake. Both desserts were made with fresh ingredients, cooked perfectly, and beautifully presented.

Johnathan provided excellent service, very professional, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. The establishment was also very clean, which added to the overall positive experience. We’ll definitely be back.
