“Biggest Canadian Tire store I’ve been in well laid out and glad when I entered a friendly staff member was at the main entrance to direct me to where find what I was looking for. Once I got in the general area another staff member led me to the exact spot.Overall a great experience and nice to have the extra items in stock.”
“Prices are more reasonable here than the new British Bake place down the street. The selection is far superior but they don't sell any fresh baked goods so perhaps you should buy your grocery items here and then mozey on down to the other store afterwards.”

“I always love a trip to Home Sense. The store is always clean and well organized. Their stock changes all the time and their prices can't be beat. This is my go-to for pet toys and pet dishes. They always have a great selection of picture frames, which are so hard to come by these days. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I can always find a great gift there, as well as a little for myself.”

“Honestly do not know what the difference is between Marshall's and Winners. Identical clothing in both stores, could go to either one. I find Marshalls less busy but winners has a better layout”

“This review is really for TJX because the associates I dealt with at Southkeys Winners were not keen on listening to my issue and just handed me a business card to contact TJX. I had a $50 gift card with proof of purchase, that was declined and left my purchase behind. The process was time consuming as it underwent an investigation but TJX came through and provided me with a new gift card. I haven't used it yet but I assume it is good. A Manager had to be present to confirm my identity and collect the original gift certificate and receipt, she was very irritated and abrupt with the sales staff (who was very pleasant) and after collecting the appropriate info from me, she just left her staff and myself and went on to the next task. I expected some enthusiasm and maybe to hear "I am so happy we were able to resolve the issue" and maybe "have a great day" or "thank you for your business." The Manager showed no customer service skills, at least not that day. I am still giving 5 stars because I promised TJX I would!!!”
“Always enjoy going to Marshall's even to just look around... Always new things. I particularly like purchasing luggage there, you will find brands that are well priced and the clothing sections have many varieties for adults and children. Electronics are also found here, like audio, phone chargers and accessories. Ample parking outside and many stores to visit in Trainyards”

“I cannot say enough about Gail and the wonderful staff at this location. I wanted to buy a beautiful new bike for my daughter's birthday. The app let me know that there was one in stock, but it was not built yet, and the store cannot sell it unbuilt. Gail was in customer service on Friday and she pulled all of the strings and got this bike built for me the same day. You really made my daughter's sixth birthday a hit!!! Thank you so much again!”
“Our recent experience at the Home Depot Barrhaven was great. Taylor provided super service when we needed a new dishwasher. No other staff were around and we found her in the next department. She tried to help us find someone who could help but that person was at dinner. She answered some of our questions in the meantime. She was so personable I asked if she could go ahead and sell us the product right then.I missed the opportunity to fill out a proper survey but I hope the store manager spots this review and recognizes Taylor for top service. We appreciated how she tried to support her fellow staff, yet helped us purchase what we wanted without too much delay. We certainly will return for to HD for our next home needs!”

The staff are also very helpful and go out of their way to ensure your questions are answered and needs are met. I also use their endless aisle online store on occasion. “I came here to swap Tires and Mike is a great guy. He helped me and squeeze me in despite the fact that I had confusion about appointment I thought I had an appointment but apparently it didn’t register, but he was very accommodating .he was able to squeeze me in despite his very busy schedule, which is unheard of so I will give him five stars. Definitely recommend this branch.”
