“Excellent Customer Services provided by store, I bought shoes last summer and I checked approximately 5 months after purchase when I opened the box and see both shoes are for one side. I approached to store with the box and they arranged correct pair within 3 days. Mistakes are happened but I really appreciated the Customer service of the store and highly recommending to family and community.”

“now usually i don’t write reviews at all cuz i don’t care enough, however on sunday august 10th around 4:30-5 pm there was a slight rush and i really only needed one thing. so i was waiting in line and there was a young girl with bangs assisting a customer and i was really impressed with how she handled a situation. I guess us customers were lined up on the wrong side of the registers (not that i cared, a line is a line?) and a customer noticed and was being really weird and aggressive towards her because of that. The girl, despite her being visibly annoyed, was so respectful the whole time. Handled that customer with so much grace i was like a proud mom lol. 10/10 customer service too. i wish i got her name but she had bangs.”

Stefanie, Justin and Krisha were great to talk to and were very helpful they offered me alternatives which I ended purchasing and liking more than the pair I originally came in for”

“Some good deals. Big signs on the window 60% off but reality is ther was a couple small racks at 60% off, not the whole store. Lots of 25% off. Still good deals but a bit misleading.”

“The girls here are amazing! I've shopped here so many times and they have always been helpful! They have so much patience considering the types of customers that shop here.Many people who are angry in the reviews are the same ones who feel entitled, as if it's their right to receive top notch service. These girls do their best to meet expectations and they have rules to follow, even if sometimes they may not agree with certain policies. They deal with horrible GROWN customers who have the audacity to yell at these YOUNG GIRLS. Mind you, this is a minimum wage job. I applaud these girls for their hard work!”
