“I can't say enough about the people who work at the Port Perry branch. The front staff are incredible at what they do. I have seen them endure many many staff shortages which in turn caused them to close unexpectedly a few times. But there are the same amazing faces still showing up with a great smile and attitude. “I had a pleasant experience this weekend, following an unpleasant experience at another branch.I was warmly welcomed and serviced quickly and efficiently by Theresa. I told her of my poor experience at the previous branch I had been to and she received what I said with understanding and empathy. She worked quickly to get me what I needed and when we ran into a small obstacle, her customer service supervisor came in to provide additional support. I left the branch satisfied with great appreciation for the great customer service I received from the staff. This branch is a little farther from my home, but I would much rather go there.”

I would like to say to the people that criticise the counter staff, STOP ! , they do their best with the limited options they have, I have been at this branch for years, The staff are always polite and helpful , It would be more beneficial if you directed your comments to upper management at Scotia Bank, not the people at the counter, Branch manager , Yes now they have a very good manager that not only cares for her customers, she cares about her staffSupport the front line staff and send your nasty comment to the upper management if you can find them.UPPER MANAGEMENT , GET THE STAFF SOME HELP.By the way not one staff member complained or made any negative comments about their branch.Just adding to my comments based on recent visit, Scotia Bank could use this Branch as a role model for staff and management, every person in this branch that I have interacted with are just so professional and helpful”
