They have always been most helpful whether on the phone like today with a chap named Geoff who gave me some pricing and was very courteous and pleasant or when I was not feeling the greatest and a lovely employee carried my bags out for me. They even let me pre order some cat food for my special needs kitty. This place and it's people are awesome. Everyone should shop here.”

“A young man in dairy named Colin (we asked him his name) was beyond helpful. He dropped what he was doing to help us. Very polite and looked in the back for the product we wanted. He apologized that there was none but suggested a similar product which we bought. We frequent this store in Cambridge at least twice a week. Most employees are not like this young man. He needs to be recognized for his expert customer service!!!”

“This is a generally good store, prices are nice and cheap and the place is clean and tidy! The staff are very helpful and nice as well! Just don’t ever steal cause I’ve seen them throw someone out before lol! It wasn’t pretty!”
