“Skip the popular Diana’s seafood merchants and get your fresh off the plane from Newfoundland lobster here. Their store is everything on a down east shopping list. The lobster prices are very affordable. I got mine precooked(they need some notice ) piping hot from the steamer. My family has been shopping here for 50plus years. Their is a reason they are still in business all this time. Get your lobsters here. Guaranteed fresh with the he best price.”

“Part of the Foody Mart franchise. Very large chinese supermarket located close to Scarborough Town Centre. Prices are competitive with a wide selection of food. They have cooked/prepared food including dim sum, sushi, Coco bubble tea, cakes and buns. Similar to all cheap chinese owners, they don't heat the store sufficiently in the winter so it's freezing inside.”

“How i managed to not leave a review for Pearl River yet confuses me, but i am going to correct that right now. My parents have been a long time customer of this place and we used to come here to buy fish balls, beef balls and cuttlefish balls for hot pot. Now, i keep inventory of assorted fish balls in my freezer which comes in handy when you are too lazy to whip up a big meal. If i am too lazy to fry luncheon meat to go with my instant noodles, i will throw in some fish balls to cook with my ramen. The joys of efficiency~ They also sell fish paste and noodles made with minced fish. I sometimes buy curry paste and mix it with the fish paste to make thai fish cakes. The fish noodles are fantastic in miso soup with some seaweed and a bunch of green onions. Fishballs make a great addition to laksa too! If you like HK style curry fishballs and meat balls, they sell tubs of curry that tastes authentic and definitely has a kick. I always keep a tub in my fridge! For those who avoid MSG, you will want to sit this one out. They have industrial sized bags of MSG that are right by the front entrance so i am sure it contributes to its tastiness.”

“It's pretty much what you would expect from a bulk barn. There is a wide selection of candy and ingredients you can get your hands on here. I haven't gas any problems with the items being stocked up. The service is good the staff are friendly and it's usually not busy. If you are in need of candy in bulk, then this is the right place for you. The only reason I don't rate this place 5 stars is because it's just your average bulk barn, nothing special about it. It's almost painfully average. Overall, not a bad place to shop if they have what you need. No complaints.”
