“Clean and open space for shopping around. The ready-made food section does have vegetable options but!! Can't tell if veggies are cooked with veggie only utensils or cross contaminated with meat utensils to cook. As a vegetarian that is my only concern if I choose to eat out.”
“Highland Farms is an amazing grocery store. Everything from the produce to the meat section is fresh, clean, and high quality. The store is very well maintained and honestly one of the cleanest grocery stores I’ve visited.

“Skip the popular Diana’s seafood merchants and get your fresh off the plane from Newfoundland lobster here. Their store is everything on a down east shopping list. The lobster prices are very affordable. I got mine precooked(they need some notice ) piping hot from the steamer. My family has been shopping here for 50plus years. Their is a reason they are still in business all this time. Get your lobsters here. Guaranteed fresh with the he best price.”

I now live in the city and I obviously come to tbe store more frequently. Everyone here is lovely and the food is excellent.
I like many things here however since I am gluten free/ sensitive (not celiac) so I can enjoy some of the foods and everything is delicious. Love the okra curry, Chana bateta, chevron, pakora, and many more items.”

“I didn't believe some of the prices I saw here. A friend told me to go here when I was planning to go to another shop and I went and went back again. Some of the prices they have are cheaper than used items in value village and the things are new.
Now you see why it was hard to believe the prices. Go here, don't delay, get off your butt now!!!”

“I am a loyal customer, BUT the product signage regarding country of origin is terrible! The Pink Lady apple store sign has been for many weeks indicating that they are from Canada, but the stickers on each apple says USA. I have complained to store workers every time I shop, but it never changes. Same thing this week with cantaloupes from the USA with a sign stating they are a product of Canada.
Smarten up before you get a large fine and bad publicity!!”

“I ordered Sel Roti from Himalayan Grocers, and I have to say I was genuinely impressed. The Sel Rotis were beautifully made, crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, with that perfect taste. They were also much bigger than I expected, making the portion size well worth it.
If you’re craving authentic Sel Roti, I highly recommend giving them a try. They were absolutely worth the price, and I’ll definitely be ordering again:)”

“Some of these reviews are valid and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But I must say that the staff at this location are very accommodating and very knowledgeable about what they sell. Even if I felt as though I was being annoying for asking questions lol. Thank you so much to the kind workers and to who im assuming is the manager/ owner for being helpful as well as hiring such amazing staff. I’ve been in a couple of times and have seen new faces and each one served excellent service as well as amazing snack recommendations. The everything cashews are now a new staple in my life!!”

“OMG! I don’t know where to start. This was the best afghani store in the world. I tried the bread and it was so good best naan I’ve ever had. I tried the bolani as well and there both so good. Also the owner is ver nice and welcoming. Great customer service and everyone is so nice. If anyone is thinking to go you should definitely try the naan and bolani. They have a new sheer yach and it is amazing. Definitely a hidden gem it was so good HAVE TO TRY IT”

I love that this is located close to home and that they offer all the Peruvian essentials I need for cooking. “Great go to place for frozen dim sum, small eats, and bao. They also have a nice selection of frozen yogurt and cheese based deserts. Their pepper and salt fried pork and lotus chicken stick rice are my go tos. They have non-proprietary frozen goods as well - bbq eel, duck, sea food. Great service and friendly staff.
