Not all were available at the local depot which the staff and the manager Jeff assisted in finding the correct parts and ordering it at their western location. “I needed a lithium battery for my personal home scale. I brought the scale in with me to have someone take a look at the scale and help me with removing the screws from the battery casing on the back of the scale.
The staff understood my problem and assisted me in removing the untreated screws and replacing the lithium battery which I purchased.

“A review from my family: Amazing service by Eric and his team to fix the boat motor. When the original part that was needed was back ordered they removed the part from the new motor that was needed and replaced it. It's great to see this kind of service, where the customer is always taken care irrespective of the situation. We had to visit multiple times due to user error and they patiently tested again and again and also showed us how to start the motor and tips in case of issues. It's always great to see there is still customer service on top of their priority. The best part is that Eric promptly responds to emails during weekdays or weekends. Hats off to Eric and team, thank you for everything, we are forever your customers for any equipment needs.”

“My cohorts and I have spent millions here over the past 20 years. I like the crew that works here. Low turn over in the staff. These people have no problem looking after contractors and the average consumer. Well stocked store. Damn good lumber yard. You can order all kinds of custom tiles, fixtures and flooring. They have moved all of the business to the Morrow Street location. Pricing is fair and competitive. You want it, they got it.”

“Every space in the store is filled with some tool or product which, for customers, might look confusing but the owner seems to navigate it expertly, finding what you need quickly. The store has a really cool atmosphere, it gives me the same feeling I used to get as a kid when I'd go to my local cluttered comic book shop, finding intrigue and inspiration everywhere around you.”
“Princess Auto is a store that has a lot of equipment, tools and parts for various needs such as car, farm, random stuff, mechanic things, etc. the store is large and covers a lot of areas with a variety of goods in stock.
They also have a coffee station at the entrance of the store with different disposable cups, sugars, etc. Apparently people who work the trades and mechanic jobs like to drink lots of coffee, that's why they have a coffee station there.
The store and the washrooms are clean. The aisles are wide. There's apparently a sale going on, see clearance sale.
My dad comes here to buy lots of tools and stuff for his mechanic work. I tag along to see if the random items section has something I like.
Overall good store for all your specialized tools and equipment needs.”
