“The Welland Zehr's usually has what I need and I have had only pleasant experiences with staff. During the winter I often purchase strawberries and they usually have Ontario greenhouse grown - so much better than the California berries. Still there are so many options to get exactly what you want. The staff in the bakery section are always helpful and polite when I opt to get the freshest just baked bread. The online shopping service for $3 weekdays and $5 weekends affords the opportunity to shop without ever entering the store. Fresh produce, a vast array of meats and seafood, and lots of weekly specials. It is also one of the very few stores with a staff member outside counting customers as they enter and then pausing when the guidelines have been met. Perfect!!”

“My main grocery store. Sally is the best cashier, but bakery workers are awful don't bother. Super rude. Only 1 older lady with white hair who is amazing at bakery, rest should be fired, just awful people.”

“This is our regular grocer. Their prices beat all the competition in the area and we can often get our groceries for less than we expected. Their selection or foreign products is also extensive, it allows us to experiment and experience groceries the world round. We regularly interact with their stocker Cameron and he is a joy to speak to.”

Last week, a grocery order with some missing items was just too much after an unbelievably hard week. Thank you for being so kind on the phone and making sure she got her order. It may seem so basic, but it was beautiful and so helpful for someone who is having the hardest of times right now. Thanks for the reminder that this world has good, good people in it.”
