“My experience with WOOKI has been excellent. First, the price I was able to get on a pair of Wolverine 1000 Mile Boots was the best online by far. After I placed my order, I noticed I used my billing address for the shipping address. Emailed Wooki and the change was handled quickly and seamlessly. Later on, I received an email indicating to use a different promo code to receive 20% off instead of the one I used which was for 10%. Even though my order was already placed, WOOKI applied the new promo to my existing order so I was able to get the additional discount. My shipment is in transit with a UPS tracking number provided. Can't wait to get my new boots and thanks WOOKI!! A job well done!!”

“Great selection of quality shoes. You will not see this quality in run of the mill shoe stores. Service was excellent, helpful and not at all pushy. There is a huge selection of shoes that are unique and well made. I bought 2 pairs of Volks Walkers and they told me there was a year warranty. If something breaks etc within the year, and they cannot repair it, they will give you another pair or if not available a store credit. Now that is service and a company that stands behind their products!”
“I never write reviews, but this store definitely deserves it! I walked in and (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) but the lady that was there was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was searching for a maxi fancy dress, and she was super patient with me, showed me around various styles that she has. Unfortunately, I didn’t find what I was looking for. However, her service was amazing to a point she asked me when I wanted it for, and started recommending other boutiques she knows of that caters to what im looking for exactly. She named all stores that she could possibly think of, and then even took it an extra mile to go online on their sites and search for styles and show me different price points. She even offered to call a neighbouring store to ask the owner(who she knows) if they’d stay open a little late for me. Before I left, she said that if I still couldn’t find what I was looking for after trying the stores she suggested that she would be willing to connect over email or the website’s live chat with me to try and find suppliers and try to find me the exact style I’m looking for. I could clearly tell how much she loves her job! Talking to her was lovelyyy and her willingness to help me search for dresses even if not from her own store was just so heartwarming!”

The fashion shows are wonderful and showcase different sizes, heights and ages. I have learned many tips about packing from Kirsten’s shows. Fabulous clothes and fast shipping. Excellent friendly staff when visiting the store as well. I love shopping at Shepherd’s!”

Found several nice pairs but it's next to impossible to know if boots you see online will fit, be warm enough, arrive for winter and whether the company/seller is even legit in the first place.So I went to Tootsies. It was my first time there and it was a great experience. I was greeted very friendly when I arrived and when I eventually decided what pairs I was interested in, I was helped immediately.
