Crissy patiently explained to me with a great depth of knowledge on each product and helped me make informed decisions on the best choices for my dogs.
My two fussy, spoiled pets have really enjoyed the delicious variety of healthy food.
Also, her tip about not leaving the food in the can after opening is bang on and so obvious but we had never thought of it. It does make a difference!

I had called to book a nail trim for my dog at the erb location this morning and they advised me to just go in. Then I went in, and they told me I had to wait 20 minutes. I was dumbfounded. I left and came to this location and right from the get go, I got A one service! The lady took my information and in a couple minutes and my dog was looked after but it was the service! Fantastic young lady! She did a nail trim, etc......but in my 11 years of going to get her nails trimmed had I NEVER seen my dog get the cutest little bow on her hair! OMG. I am not exaggerating when I say that my dog actually appeared very happy and you know how much anxiety dogs get going for grooming. That young lady was TOP NOTCH! I told her but I needed to write it here especially when the service i got at erb street petsmart doesn't compare at all! Kudos to this location! You hire great ppl, you get great service and loyal customers!

1381 Victoria St N Unit 7, KitchenerI brought my 20 lb dog here for a bath, haircut, and nail trim. The staff were very kind and accommodating to our needs, and the grooming itself was well done. That said, pickup around 6pm felt very overwhelming with lots of dogs and activity, and the price was much higher than expected ($135 for a small dog). Overall, I appreciate the quality of the grooming and the kindness of the staff, but the environment and cost may not be the right fit for us in the future.

2848 King St E, KitchenerMy only regret is that I hadn't heard about Kingsdale sooner. We were recommended to them by a friend during a very stressful situation when my dog broke a tooth.
They did a fantastic job. The staff is incredibly kind, and their vets are truly professional. Best of all, they know the ins and outs of handling import and export papers, which is absolutely crucial for my traveling dog.
We are so grateful to be part of the Kingsdale family now
