“Just started using Just Raw pet food about 1 month ago all the food is great except I find the duck has small bones in it and my dog spits the small bones out of her mouth which is great because I don’t want her choking on these small bones. They are quite sharp as well.”

“I took my beloved medium-hair cat in for her first groom ever and they were fantastic! She can be a bit spicy, but they did such an excellent job and she came back so fresh, clean, and shiny! She wasn't grumpy at all when she came home and was back to normal in no time!
I am so grateful for their excellent care and they really took their time to do everything I asked, including a bath, brushing, sanitary shave, and nail trim. You can definitely trust that they will treat your pet as their own, and they were so wonderful every step of the way, even reassuring me when I phoned to check in and see how she was doing.

“we are so glad we met Nick at a market and discovered the Dogora high top boots! Nick also helped us get fitted and showed us a really good technique to ensure the paw is in properly and the boot is secure.We were previously using the disposable (rippable) Pawz rubber (balloon) boots to help protect their paws against the salt but now that we have the Dogora high top boots, their paws are 1. dry, 2. warm, 3. and the boots don't rip (are not disposable!)the boots fit well and have 2 straps plus a drawstring at the back to ensure best fit.To my surprise when we got home and took off their boots their paws were dry and warm! we could not be happier! great quality and customer service!Highly recommend, especially if you want warm & dry paws!made for Canadian winters!”

“This location is spacious and has lots of stuff. Yet, there is always something wrong with self wash station. The blow dryers does not attached properly, the hoses are leaking, the drainages get stuck. Employees are very accommodating and helpful. The self wash stations just need a little bit of investment to fix blow dryers and water supply. The rest is great!”
“The staffs are always very nice here. I brought my dog in at a quiet time for a training session. One of the staffs gave me some good recommendations, I didn’t get her name but she even noticed my dog needs space and she let me know right away when there’s an off leash dog walking in. “Where do we start, as soon as we entered, nothing but big smiles and welcoming energy from the wonderful staff, took my 2 bichon frise inside and it was as if they felt like home.
Cristina welcomed us which with such warm and positive vibes.
Took her time to show our dogs Lilly and Wylie a great experience for our first vist.
We were looking for jackets for Wylie and Cristina took her time to pick out the right one and helped us try it on and made sure they walked comfortable before going out.
Overall experience 5/5
Will definitely be there for all our dog needs.
