“I used to come here a lot when I was a kid and at the time it was owned by these really nice old couple. They used to always give me discounts on my snacks. I came here the other week to see if they were still here. The guy at the counter was some next teenager but I didn't bother asking him bout the old couple. Now, their stuff is super overpriced. Not surprised.”

All the fellows who work here are so polite, care about your shopping and well being because sadly it’s not in the safest part of town. My friends and I were in Hamilton, suppose to go on a hike, but we took a detour to look for food before we do, and we had heard about this gem on tiktok. And honestly, its bang for your buck! They give you 3 perfect size tacos, with toppings that you will never see toronto do (you would have to either pay extra for it)
The tacos itself was crispy, perfect melted cheese with onion, tomatoes and lettuce. (I heard there guac was super good as well) there hot sauce is no joke. Adds the right amount of spice to it and better yet, the pricing for these were WORTH it. Been telling my friends and family about this place. This place is worth the hour drive!

“The selection of goodies here is amazing! They even sell baked goods; I'm a lifelong Nanaimo Bar fan and they sell some nice ones that I always treat myself to when I'm making my biweekly or so visits to Concession Street every two weeks or so. Ice cream looks good, too, might treat to that as well next time!”

“I visit this place very regularly and frequently. New management and staff are really co-operative, helpful, friendly and give a warm welcome to each customer. The store has got its inventory filled up freshly and very regularly with wide range of things.I always win something in the lottery whenever I go there and tend to play. It is a lucky place for me to win lottery. Never disappointed from any of the service provided by the new staff.They are always happy to help, and take feedbacks from their customers.Keep up the great work and tempo you've got. “I will give full marks to this location and the individual who was at front desk on Nov 25 around noon. I had a Purolator drop off and was denied at other variety shop because they probably did not wanted to go through the trouble of printing and packing from the QR code given by Amazon. This person at Tops had trouble scanning but figured out and saved my time driving to yet another location. They also sent me the confirmation later as promised. Really impressed by the customer care. Whish more convenience store act like this one.”
“Owner is always pleasant, kind and friendly, staff are helpful, great selection, service is fast, and had my keys made as well here, took just a couple of minutes and price was good. They really think about their customers, have just installed a coffee machine. Excellent little shop!”

“I always shop at this store for Middle Eastern cuisine stuff and food. It is small, but has a good variety of spices and nuts. The owner and his wife are very welcoming ?. I highly recommend this ? store for its customer service, location, and quality.”
“Okay this place is off the hook amazing. First off the cleanliness of the place is crazy clean, which for a truck stop I was like vary surprised. There bathrooms are vary clean, there wasn’t even a dirty gross spot anywhere, the lounge area clean and free wifi, with microwave, I am pretty sure they had a tv as well so you can sit relax and eat. They have there showers but I wasn’t there for that, I am sure they too are sparkling clean because you need a key to get into each shower. Which is nice because privacy you’re not sharing a shower room with someone. It’s they have a mini store where you can get a bite of food to eat. With this store you have things to buy for your trucks and other vehicles, clothing and some work gear including hard hats and working gloves, like this was neat. The staff was vary nice and inviting greeted me with a smile ask how I was, like this was super nice. I know this is a long review and maybe the movies got truck stops wrong but this was better than going to the Off route stops. Good on you guys.”

“The salon is beautiful and very clean! Have been going here since it opened and would highly recommend Linda - she is professional, pleasant and a very talented nail technician. I always get compliments on my nails. They are very busy so make sure to make an appointment. I recently had my eyelash extension by Nancy and can’t get over how great they look. Definitely worth the money to save time getting ready in the morning.”

“This place is great, always friendly, I love that there a chester chicken in the Food Mart. Anytime I go there I get my stuff I need, Then go to chester Chicken to pick-up my lunch/dinner inside the food mart. If chester Chicken closed, then I walk next door to Queens Pizza. Love how I can pick up the stuff I need and get my food in one place. Hand downs the best Food Mart I've been to. 120% recommend.”

“been coming here off and on invariably for years, the staff have always been really cool with me, and they have a great selection of merchandise. what separates this from other Big Bee stores (they were formerly a Big Bee too), is that it has a very neighbourhood convenience store look and feel to it instead of a commercial franchise look and layout like Big Bees and similar franchise convenience stores. my only problem is that due to these changing times there's almost always someone out front of the store bothering customers in one way or another, and it gets a bit sketchy there at night time as a result... this isn't necessarily new for the immediate area but there seems to be an increase... it would be nice if there was a more consistent police presence in the area to move these people along.”
