I always used to go to pet smart for grooming and just in general for toys as well but this morning I needed a specific item that pet smart didn’t have… so I called pet valu and a gentlemen answered he found the item I was looking for and reassured me it’ll fit my dog. I was super happy and made my way over (5 mins drive).When I get there I’m greeted by the amazing owner and to sum it up he is so nice, so sweet and has amazing customer service!! I’ll never go back to pet smart again. I’ll be back here for sure. He also gave me a bunch of treats for free which he definitely didn’t have to do but was so nice enough to. Will definitely recommend to everyone:)

891 Taunton Rd E, OshawaYesterday I went in and bought a harness for my puppy. I got it home and it didn’t fit right so I went back in with him. He was just fully vaccinated last week so it was a big day for him. He was very nervous to go in but with in 15 mins, I could see his confidence grow. Anthony and Amber were amazing help with making him feel comfortable. They were so helpful and kind. We walked up and down the isles and with 30 mins I could see so much change. They also helped with some tips and tricks. Thank you to you both for the amazing experience. Kal-El thanks you both as well.

1204 Wecker Dr, OshawaHighly recommend Touch of Paw Spa! I took my 8 year old doodle in for grooming. He is very anxious about going to the groomers. When I arrived to pick him up, he was peacefully lying on the grooming table! Britney is so calm and worked her magic with him. The salon is clean, the receptionist is friendly, prices are reasonable. Most of all, my dog looks great and is happy. Will most definitely return!

Not only did she take excellent care of Bean, she also made sure the house was tidy and plants watered, garbage taken out, etc. while I was gone. Highly recommended!!
