I always used to go to pet smart for grooming and just in general for toys as well but this morning I needed a specific item that pet smart didn’t have… so I called pet valu and a gentlemen answered he found the item I was looking for and reassured me it’ll fit my dog. I was super happy and made my way over (5 mins drive).When I get there I’m greeted by the amazing owner and to sum it up he is so nice, so sweet and has amazing customer service!! I’ll never go back to pet smart again. I’ll be back here for sure. He also gave me a bunch of treats for free which he definitely didn’t have to do but was so nice enough to. Will definitely recommend to everyone:)

The peace of mind I have knowing that Shevuan provides such attentive, one-on-one care to my beloved Pooch, Lewis, is absolutely priceless. She takes the time to understand his unique needs for each grooming session, never just assuming it’s the same as last time. Her attention to detail is simply outstanding, and she always makes him look and feel amazing!
I’m in awe of how she manages to accomplish everything while Lewis is constantly trying to shower her with affection—he’s so enamored with her that he can even sense when we’re getting close to her spa!
Booking appointments and communicating is a breeze, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with Scruffy Dooz! Thank you, Shevuan, for the incredible care you provide!
