“I came in thinking I already knew what I wanted, but Diane Umubyeyi showed me what I actually needed. she listened, explained everything with patience, and even stayed with me after the bank closed to make sure I was taken care of. What was meant to be a one-hour appointment turned into over two hours, and even after the bank had closed, Diane stayed with me until everything was resolved. That level of dedication and care is rare.
It showed me something important....no matter how much technology advances, there will always be a need for an experienced person who knows how to actively listen, guide you, and use their expertise to help you get what you truly need,not just what you feel like you want. i dont know if it will reach her, but am sending my thanks eitherway”
