“I came in thinking I already knew what I wanted, but Diane Umubyeyi showed me what I actually needed. she listened, explained everything with patience, and even stayed with me after the bank closed to make sure I was taken care of. What was meant to be a one-hour appointment turned into over two hours, and even after the bank had closed, Diane stayed with me until everything was resolved. That level of dedication and care is rare.

“A teller here gave me erroneous information on two occasions, the first cost me money for fees I was told I wouldn't incur, the second cost them my community association's account after embarrassing me in front of our board. However, two of their staff are super-helpful and accurate enough to make up for the rest - you'll quickly find out which ones if you deal here regularly!”
