“Today me and my mom were at the Rouaa Food Market, we got everything we need and went to the casheir. Her name was Ruba. She greeted us with a smile, was incredibly kind, friendly, and REALLY professional with her job as a casheir. She made the checkout process really easy and quick. My mom had questions about the sales and Ruba explained everything CLEARLY. One thing that reqlly stood out was how she asked us if we need help lifting the heavy items from our cart onto the counter, this showed how much she genuinly cares about the customers and how important it is for her to represent the market she is working in, in a good way. Especially her positive attitude and EXCELLENT customer service made our shopping really enjoyable. Employees like her make a big difference of how the customers perspectives change about a specific place to shop at, which did really really my mom's since she shops everywhere, she loved her experience there with Ruba's kind and respectful heart. I really hope she gets recognized for the job she does by the manager. Thank you for providing such excellent service and finding employees like her!”

“The service is always great. I've been served by a couple different employees and they have always been wonderful. We were there again today and they let us know that the coupon we were using was better than the seniors discount day. I typically only buy food from here when it is on sale. I do find it a little overpriced but that's not the store's fault. When it's on sale it's usually a good deal.”

“This Walmart has been my go-to grocer for years. They have some of the best deals and a massive variety of stuff. Compared to the other local Walmarts around, this one is one of the most organized in terms of shelving and overall layout. It doesn't feel overly cluttered like the Walmart in ira needles for instance. Lines aren't long and they have 2 massive self checkout areas. Customer service isn't exceptional but typically nothing too bad. Fitting rooms are often out of service and there just might be one open and the surrounding area is often messy (clothes piled in carts, and the pyjamas are all over the place) but still functional. They also have a pretty solid international food isle with a lot of asian groceries I can't find at other classic grocers. They have a big selection of ramen! Yum!!”
“Had the best experience with Mackenzie in the flower department. She was so very nice and helpful with everything. I wanted to pick out some flowers for some pictures the next day and she suggested wet packing them which helped them last. She arranged the bouquet in such a pretty way that i couldnt stop gushing over it— exactly what i wanted.”

“Beechwood Zehrs is located in the Beechwood Plaza at the corner of Fisher-Hallman and Erb St W. They have upgraded some the inside, including new stands for fruits and veggies, nicer layout throughout the store. There is regular checkouts as well as self serve checkouts.”

I believe she works in the dairy section, as she was stocking chocolate milk when I saw her. Even though she appeared to be busy with her own duties, she immediately came over to help when I was trying to reach a heavy case of sports drinks from the top shelf.
The item was quite heavy, but she handled it quickly, professionally, and with a positive attitude. She did not hesitate to assist, and her kindness made my shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable.
