“The staff is very knowledgeable and I’d like to thank a young lady named Alexa in particular, who took the time to help me research a feeding schedule for my malnourished rescue kitten and print off a paper with the suggested routine for me. Above and beyond customer service, which helped me a lot with the overwhelming task of rehabilitating my kitten. I have shopped here in the past for my dogs, and hadn’t thought to leave a review, but Alexa deserves recognition for her genuine efforts and care.”
“A little bit off the beaten path but easy to find with goggle maps. Plenty of parking available. Faculty appeared well taken care of with what I assume was a lot of volunteer help. Viewed both dog and cat pet adoption areas which seemed well maintained and the animals were peaceful when viewed. However I found the lead front desk staff member less than enthusiastic answering procedural questions on adoption with a first time visitor. It may have been just one of those days for her so I will return again in the future but perhaps feel a little less welcome than I thought initially”

“This location is absolutely amazing!! The staff are so friendly and helpful! Especially Hailey who helped me purchase some fish. She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with care and enthusiasm. I didn’t catch her name but the lovely woman at the cash was also amazing! Recently I didn’t have a great experience at the fairway location but this made up for it. I’m only going to this location going forward. Thanks ladies!!!”
“I took my German Shepherd, Sasha, to PetSmart for a nail clipping, and I’m so glad I did. She is very anxious, especially after past experiences at other places where her nails were cut too short and she ended up bleeding.
The PetSmart staff were absolutely amazing — calm, patient, and clearly very experienced. They handled Sasha with so much care and confidence, which made a huge difference for her anxiety. The nail trim was done super quickly, safely, and not too short, which was such a relief.
I’m incredibly grateful for the compassionate and professional care they gave my dog. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend PetSmart for nervous dogs and large breeds like German Shepherds! ??”

“It’s a very nice store. The quality of the cake we got for my dog’s (Ace) second birthday was excellent. Ace is usually picky with food, but he absolutely loved the cake! The staff were friendly—one of them even shared a cookie sample with Ace. They had a very warm and welcoming attitude, and Ace really enjoyed being there. We also got him a summer cap from the store as a birthday gift”
