About Hon-Mark
Hon-Mark is a highly recommended hardware store known for its amazing customer service and competitive pricing. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional staff, who are always ready to assist with a wide variety of tools and supplies. Many reviews highlight the store's affordability, often noting that prices are much cheaper than larger department stores. While most interactions are positive, there have been instances where a staff member was perceived as rude, particularly regarding the store's strict no return or exchange policy. Despite this, many loyal customers have frequented Hon-Mark for years and find it to be their go-to place for home and work supplies. The knowledgeable team is praised for helping customers identify the right items, even when they are unsure of exactly what they need. Overall, Hon-Mark stands out for its great selection, helpful staff, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Nice & helpful guys. They don’t have docks for trucks. Just backup from the rd if you have big truck. Ask for help while backing up as midland ave has too much traffic.
