“This placed saved my feet. I had a boot mishap while touring the great Toronto area and there was something in my boot that was drilling into my ankle making almost impossible to walk without it being painful. I walked into this store and felt like Cinderella trying on the perfect Sorel boots for winter that the employee recommended for the thick Toronto snow. It was a perfect fit and feel! The best part about it was no more pain! Saved the rest of my days in Toronto and kept my feet dry and warm. “Brought in an older pair of boots to be repaired and the very knowledgeable gentleman serving me told me a hack I could use to keep my boots going for a bit longer before going to a cobbler to get them repaired. His advice saved me some money and when it is time to get them repaired, I know exactly where to go.”

“Had the pleasure of meeting Urjani, who took the time to serve me at B2 Eaton Centre as i was trying on footwear, and all she was focused on was ensuring I was comfortable and the fit was right, she listened to all my concerns, and even offered suggestions based on my needs and not what she thought I should do. She advised me to walk around the store and ensure my feet felt right and the comfort was there. She even asked me if i would like some water?! that doesn't happen often, that's true customer service. Urjani has Leadership skills and qualities and I hope those attributes, take her to the top of the business where she can add even more value, She brought me a cup of water and took me over to cashier Simar who herself was of great service, and i appreciated it, Thanks to both Urjani and Simar for stellar customer service”

“The greatest thing about the store is that the associates are not there to push for the most expensive shoes. Shoutout to Magda for being super patient with me and helping narrow down the products based on the anatomy of my foot. I highly recommend using the foot scanner as it will tell you the ideal size (My size in the past has always been two size smaller! No wonder I'm always in pain), the arch and width of your feet. Overall, great store, great products, and great service!”

“SKECHERS Factory Outlet at Vaughan Mills is a reliable spot for footwear shopping. I went in looking for Tazz-style shoes—turns out Skechers doesn’t make that type, so I couldn’t find one for myself. However, my wife found exactly what she was looking for, which made the visit worthwhile.
The store is spacious, well organized, and has a strong collection across different styles and needs. Staff were cordial and helpful throughout, without being pushy. Overall, a great place for quality footwear and a smooth shopping experience.”

Best experience ever at the Skechers store! The staff were absolutely amazing and made our shopping so easy and enjoyable. The gentleman who helped us (I think he is the owner) was the best person — very kind, patient, and genuinely wanted to give us the best deal.
The girl who assisted us was also extremely caring and helpful. Their service was honestly 1000/100! We bought two pairs of shoes and were very happy with our purchase.

“I normally don’t write reviews, but I had the best experience at Heel Boy that I felt I needed to. I needed a pair of waterproof winter boots that were still stylish and Jade helped tremendously. She was patient with me while I stomped around the store trying on 3 different pairs of boots and found me something that was both within my price range, but protected me from the Toronto winters. Actually, my experience was so good I bought a pair of loafers that I didn’t even need. I will 100% be going back when I’m ready for a new pair of shoes!”

“I came here tonight after work to exchange a few items I ordered online and the sales associate was genuinely so kind and caring, and wanted to help. I shop at aritiza/babaton/wilfred allot and usually the associates are always trying to push a sale and are snobby - however the lady working tonight was so kind. I had a bunch of dress pants I ordered online that I wanted to exchange for different sizes and she took the time to help and provide insight, she even gave me a free drink token for A-OK Cafe which was much appreciated after a long day of work and errands, 10/10 recommend!”

“Bought my first pairs of quality shoes here in 2017 and after resoling them a few times they remain the best dress footwear purchases I've ever made. I just invested in a pair of Cheaney Oxfords a few months ago and they are my new favourites, an upgrade from the Loakes I originally bought.
If these last like the others I bought here then I'll probably have them for at least another 15 years! Ivor is a true gentleman and a knowledgeable dress shoe consultant. Highly recommended.”

I've tried getting shoes from other running stores, with not great results. I have narrow feet, high arches and I pronate. Only the Runner's Shop has consistently gotten me into the right shoes, time and again, so I don't get injured. I love the new store and location in the Annex. 100% the best in Toronto.”
