“RUN, don't walk, to the Runners Shop! (I'm hoping no one else has made this joke)
I stopped by this week to get my first pair of running shoes and the owner, Lynn, was so lovely and helpful. She took the time to grab many different shoes for me to try and even examined my stance to find the right shoe for me. She also gave me some really helpful running tips for beginners and was so encouraging. I felt so taken care of as a customer and not rushed at all even though I went right before closing. I had such a great experience here that I felt absolutely terrible when I had to return the shoes I bought because I was unexpectedly gifted a similar pair, but Lynn and Greg were so kind about it.
I will 100% be returning to this store for all my future shoe purchases and running needs and have told my runner friends about it too. I also love how they are not only a store, but they host lots of events and runs and seem to have built a wholesome and welcoming community for runners of all levels. I'm so happy I found this store and got to meet such friendly and lovely people at the start of my running journey. Thank you, Lynn and Greg!”

There are several other extra wide options in the global barefoot market, but unfortunately, there is not a lot available here or in Canada in general.”

The camaraderie within the group, with everyone cheering each other on during runs, creates an incredibly uplifting atmosphere.I was initially hesitant to join, but I am so glad I did. I am excited about setting and achieving my next goals with the support of this amazing community. “There is a reason this business has been around for over 60 years. The incredible customer service and knowledge of Lino is what separates this type of store from many others in the GTA.I recently purchased two autographed framed jerseys and Lino was fair in negotiations and ensured I was satisfied with the product. He was incredibly responsive to all questions I had.If you need anything soccer related or soccer memorabilia, this is the best store to shop at and is in a league of its own. I personally will recommend this to all friends and family.”

“This place has gems hidden in the basement. Don't be afraid to ask for something you don't see buy have always wanted. Just 2day I bought a Fire Red Addidas track suit at a absolutely gr8 price. I got fitted originally by someone then thank God this gentleman named Alex came and took over. Found exactly what I needed and brought out a size that fitted me proper. I visited the Lululemon store at Scarborough Town Centre for a quick return. I usually do all my purchasing online, but the top I ordered based on the size guide was oversized according to the staff, so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. I also returned a bag I had changed my mind about.
The staff were incredibly friendly and made the return process easy—I love that I can just bring up my items on my phone to complete the return. While I was there, I took a quick scroll through the store, and I found that the staff on the floor were just as friendly and helpful with any questions I had.
I really appreciate the positive vibe in the store, and I’ll definitely be visiting again, as this is one of my favorite places to shop!”

“$118 for a sweater?!? It seemed crazy, but I loved it so much I bought it. Then I wore it to death, trips to Thailand, California, the UK, Japan... I sweat through this shirt 100 times in 5 months. Sadly it started to wear out.
Then someone told me about their return/replacement policy. They returned it and I got a new sweater!! Hailey was incredibly helpful and walked me through the process [and they have security steps so you can't abuse the policy, so it's probably better not to try]
This really made me feel a lot better about buying such an expensive sweater. And it probably made me a customer for life.
And I'll treat this one better than my last one for sure.”

“Many of the negative reviews seem to come from a place of frustration, which is understandable. However, some of the negative reviews are just as wyt as you could imagine (so entitled) Yet, these people won’t leave a positive reviews (bet)
Anyway, came here (Oct 5th) and had such a simple but nice experience. Came in, checked some base layers helped out with the wonderful staff. I didn’t find what’s exactly I was looking for and the staff double checked the site and see if they carry a specific item. Ended up purchasing a different one and then out. Came back again few minutes later as there was a price error and then the staff helped me through. Simple. Communicate nicely and It’s not that hard to be gentle to yourself and into others especially with customer service.”
“I got fitted for a new set of irons today and had an amazing experience with Raymond at the pro shop. I went in thinking I already knew which irons I wanted, but since I hadn’t played in years, I really couldn’t give him much direction. Raymond was incredibly patient and knowledgeable — we tested 3 or 4 different iron models and several shafts, and he carefully analyzed the data each time, making thoughtful adjustments along the way. By the end, it was clear that I was hitting much better with a completely different set than what I originally had in mind. If you’re getting fitted, definitely ask for Raymond — he’s fantastic!”

Every time I’ve shopped there I’ve had fast and efficient service, and staff who are willing to help me find what I need.
The last two times I shopped at this location, I’ve had to wait in a long line for 1-2 items, and both times I’ve been pulled out of line to do a purchase at the end of the counter for fast processing. Exactly why I will continue to return :)”
