“The greatest thing about the store is that the associates are not there to push for the most expensive shoes. Shoutout to Magda for being super patient with me and helping narrow down the products based on the anatomy of my foot. I highly recommend using the foot scanner as it will tell you the ideal size (My size in the past has always been two size smaller! No wonder I'm always in pain), the arch and width of your feet. Overall, great store, great products, and great service!”

The store owner is an honest and kind-hearted fella who helped us patiently and got the best boots that we need for the best price in the market. We thank him very much for this. “I joined Culture Athletics’ run club approximately 3 months ago, based on a friend’s recommendation. I mentioned to her that I wanted to get faster in my running, and she suggested Culture Athletics. I was hesitant at first, but boy was she right. The camaraderie within the group, with everyone cheering each other on during runs, creates an incredibly uplifting atmosphere.I was initially hesitant to join, but I am so glad I did. “There is a reason this business has been around for over 60 years. The incredible customer service and knowledge of Lino is what separates this type of store from many others in the GTA.I recently purchased two autographed framed jerseys and Lino was fair in negotiations and ensured I was satisfied with the product. He was incredibly responsive to all questions I had.If you need anything soccer related or soccer memorabilia, this is the best store to shop at and is in a league of its own. I personally will recommend this to all friends and family.”

“Dropped by Running Room at this location and had such a great experience! Michelle helped me out, and she really knew her stuff. She let me try on different shoes, answered all my questions, and made sure I was totally comfortable with my choice. I was deciding between the Bondi 8 shoes in size 9.5 and couldn’t choose between the 4E and 2E width, but her advice made it easy. Super attentive and friendly service—highly recommend checking this place out.”

Anyway, came here (Oct 5th) and had such a simple but nice experience. Came in, checked some base layers helped out with the wonderful staff. I didn’t find what’s exactly I was looking for and the staff double checked the site and see if they carry a specific item. Ended up purchasing a different one and then out. Came back again few minutes later as there was a price error and then the staff helped me through. Simple. Communicate nicely and It’s not that hard to be gentle to yourself and into others especially with customer service.”
“I got fitted for a new set of irons today and had an amazing experience with Raymond at the pro shop. I went in thinking I already knew which irons I wanted, but since I hadn’t played in years, I really couldn’t give him much direction. Raymond was incredibly patient and knowledgeable — we tested 3 or 4 different iron models and several shafts, and he carefully analyzed the data each time, making thoughtful adjustments along the way. By the end, it was clear that I was hitting much better with a completely different set than what I originally had in mind. If you’re getting fitted, definitely ask for Raymond — he’s fantastic!”

“I had some questions regarding colours of water bottles to match a specific bag. On their website the colours are named the same but they looked very different in the photos. I called this store and a woman named “Sam” answered. She was so lovely and even physically checked the colours for me and made sure the bottle would fit in the backpack. She didn’t rush me or make me feel silly for wanting them to be the same colour and was so genuinely sweet. Give the girl a huge star for excellent customer service from me please. ⭐️”

About this store, the store is clean, organized, and well structured.
Some of the staff are pretty young and shy so they may not initiate the conversation, but you shouldn't hold it against them. If you need something just ask and they will be helpful.
Third, the vintage mec products and colour's are back which is amazing.
Overall, they are doing well.”

“I love the Runners Shop! I have been a customer for over a decade. They are the most knowledgeable, friendly running store staff I've ever met. I've tried getting shoes from other running stores, with not great results. I have narrow feet, high arches and I pronate. Only the Runner's Shop has consistently gotten me into the right shoes, time and again, so I don't get injured. I love the new store and location in the Annex. 100% the best in Toronto.”
