“Homesense at Sherway Gardens is one of my favourite spots to shop for home décor, kitchenware, and seasonal finds. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by the variety of stylish and unique products they carry — from cozy throws and decorative accents to practical items like cookware and storage solutions.
The store is well organized and easy to browse, which makes finding hidden gems fun rather than overwhelming. The staff have always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions.
I also appreciate the constantly changing inventory — it’s always exciting to see something new on every visit, and that makes every trip feel like a little treasure hunt. Great prices for quality pieces too!

“HomeSense and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of home decor items available. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. I particularly loved the selection of unique furniture pieces and decorative accessories that really added character to my home.
The prices were very reasonable, and I appreciated the frequent sales and discounts. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering my questions and providing suggestions without being pushy.
The only downside was that some items seemed to be out of stock, likely due to their popularity. I would recommend going during the week for a quieter shopping experience.
Overall, I had a positive experience at HomeSense and will definitely return for future home decor needs!”

“I absolutely love this store.
Although the floor space isn’t very large, it has two levels.
On the first floor, you’ll find dishes, cups, kitchenware, snacks, and pet supplies.
The second floor features bedding, bath items, furniture, lighting, and decorative pieces.
I can easily spend a few hours here.
There are so many items that look high-end but are very affordable, and shopping here feels like a treasure hunt.
I also love that they carry plenty of seasonal items for Halloween, Christmas, and more depending on the time of year.
The cashiers are always polite and pleasant, which makes the shopping experience even better.”

“Honestly, great store! You have to spend some time, but you can find really good deals there. I also recommend to visit frequently, as it get re-stocked often with new things. If you like something just get it, don't think about it too much bc good deals will be gone soon. I really recommend for home items like candles, dishes, frames, pillows blankets, etc.”

I had a great experience with a cashier last week whose name was Vanessa. She was so polite, pleasant and helpful. I was greeted in such a friendly manner and the cashier went out of her way to assist me in every way possible. Her positive attitude and caring personality made my shopping experience enjoyable. “This is a great store that sells the best point pens in a variety of colors and some inks, basic clothing, homewares, diffusers, and other cute Japanese items. It's well organized, has a lot of clever/innovative designs, and helpful staff. It's near the elevators up from the parking garage and the Real Fruit Bubble Tea shop.”

“Besides Bay and College, take a quick two minute walk to the Marshalls at Yonge and College. This location is honestly one of the very best Winners, Marshalls, and Homesense stores in the Greater Toronto Area. A lot of people are genuinely attached to this location for a reason. The stock here is noticeably better, more consistent, and overall stronger than many other locations.
This store always seems to get better merchandise. Whether you are looking for clothing, bags, accessories, or home items, the selection feels more curated and less picked over compared to other Marshalls. There is definitely a reason people keep coming back to this location. If you know, you know.
I especially love browsing their clearance section. You can truly find fabulous for less, which fits TJX’s motto perfectly. You can save a lot of money here, and many items are either overstock, from past seasons, or returns, but still in great condition. What makes this location even better is that you can sometimes find the exact same items that are still being sold at full price on the brand’s website, just for a fraction of the cost.
They recently did some minor renovations, mainly removing the seating area with the blue couches and replacing it with more merchandise space. Honestly, it does not affect the shopping experience at all. If anything, it just means more product and more opportunities to find great deals. The construction does not change the overall vibe of the store.
The staff here truly make this location special. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and helpful. I want to especially shout out Amy. She is incredibly bubbly, kind, and such a ray of sunshine. Every staff member I interacted with was lovely. The store itself is also very clean and well organized, which makes browsing enjoyable.
Another huge plus is that this Marshalls is noticeably less crowded than many other downtown locations. The store feels big, calm, and organized, so you can actually take your time shopping without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
I always leave this location feeling happy and satisfied. If you are choosing one Marshalls to visit downtown, make it this one. Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I had an excellent experience with Melonie in the appliance section yesterday. We went in to purchase a dryer to replace our broken one. Melonie was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us recommendations with space to make a decision without being pushy like some sales people are. She even recommended a product to clean my washer gasket which I appreciated when I brought up a concern to her. I recommend dealing with her for your appliance needs and look forward to my new dryer!”
