“I have used this service several times in the past. I recently shipped 2 packages from here. Unfortunently, there was damage when the items arrived. Upon calling and talking to the manager, Scott, he was sincerely apologetic and made things as right as he could (unfortunently the items couldn't be replaced. It was an unfortunante situation, however, because of the prompt responces from him in regards to reimbursement and employee training, I will not hesitate to use this company for future needs.”

They are always so helpful and friendly, even when it's busy. Kathy takes the time to actually see if my items fit into a smaller box so I don't have to pay as much for shipping. You rarely get pleasant and friendly service these days at mail stores, so it's very refreshing and nice to see it at this Postal Annex. Thank you for all you do.”
“Did such an amazing job building the crate and packaging my 6ft wide Longhorn skull, which is a treasured family heirloom. I dropped it off in Hillsboro and arrived to my apartment building’s package room in Brooklyn with no damage, which was impressive because it has some fragile pieces. Took about 2 weeks to get across.”

The people here are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the usps products and services. They say hello and look me in the face as they do. I love that. We live in Sherwood, and I have shipped packages all over the place - NC, CO, NY, Bali, Mexico. Everything was great every single time, for easy domestic situations and hard international ones.
