Yesterday I very much appreciated the excellent customer service skills of Griffin, whom i'd just met. He was incredibly patient with me (i hadn't realized a separate coupon had to be entered for each of the several different Signature & O Organics coffees.) Griffin patiently straightened everything out for me while simultaneously helping customers at the self check out - I realized i would've been terribly stressed under such circumstances, but he stayed so poised & kindly & actually smiled at me!
