“Oh my gosh, for the first time maybe ever I can say going to mail a stack of packages was an enjoyable experience totally. Yes there was a line and yes I had to wait my turn but once I was with the postwoman it was fantastic (Betsy)! The process was constant and moving but as she did all the work she was also extremely friendly and a blast to talk to! She is an absolute gem! Lucky you if you get her window! Smile and be nice because she deserves it! And she will return the love!”

“The click n ship option in the website was not accepting enterprise cards for over a week. I had 59 packages to mail for a fundraising I did for the Alzheimer’s Association. Because I couldn’t use my company card online, I had to go to the post office. I felt awful for one person to process them all, but Bryan did not rush me or made me feel like a pest. He patiently worked through all 59 packages (all with different addresses) in 20 minutes! He warn me that the printer could overwork itself and jam which would cause him to ask me to do the rest on the self service kiosk. Luckily, we made it through with a smile on our faces. I have never had a better experience at a post office!”
“Went in to get see what could be done about 2 packages that had the wrong address. Amy helped me out front and was so sweet. She brought out Robert the manager and he had already figured out my mistake and my packages were delivered to the correct address a few hours later. So grateful for their help and care.”

I’ve only had to stand in the godforsaken line twice, before that was installed…or before I realized it was there.

“I stopped in to mail pygamas to my grandsons in Seattle. I needed a mailer too, for them. Yuhnan (excuse the spelling) was patient and very helpful. The PO on 90th is peaceful, clean, fully stocked, and everyone who comes in mentions the gentle atmosphere. Its my all time favorite post office.”

“I think service here can be hit or miss. But this depends on what time of day you go, and keep in mind that they seem understaffed most of the time.
The times I’ve visited I had no issues with staff. All friendly and curt as usual. Just had to handle the typical wait times.
Quick note! If you’re here for fingerprint services, they open at 9:45am. And whether the device/system works smoothly is a roll of the dice. The past times I’ve done this the machine would be temperamental. So if you come for this, expect some delays.”
