They are beyond patient with difficult-to-fit feet and working through injury/surgery recovery, and they are deeply knowledgable about the shoes they carry. I am grateful for all the help they have given me over the years.”

I finally found a place that offers A1 service. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and clearly passionate about his work. He took time to answer all our questions, gave honest advice, and never tried to upsell us. He even told us we didn’t need to replace the cue tip—just a simple trim would make it like new.
His deep knowledge of billiards accessories and genuine care made the experience outstanding. We ended up buying a cue, not because we were pushed, but because we felt truly guided. I 100% recommend this shop to anyone looking for expert advice and honest service.”

“Reed in customer service did a great job helping me get squared away with a rare occurrence from Leupold; a malfunctioning product component.
When the authorized seller that I bought the optic from refused to help me not even 24 hours after I received it, Leupold of course stepped right up and within five minutes, Reed had a new battery cap headed my way.

“Great store! I called the store and asked to hold some shoes. The shoes were on sale, and were the last pair they had in my size and color. I was told they would be held for 24 hours. I went to the store just under my 24 hours. The shoes were there and were in great condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. The store was clean and was well stocked. I hadn't been to a Big store in a long time, but I will be watching their ad and will be a repeat customer.”

“Huge place. The most beautiful HQ I've ever seen. The water in the middle of the facility was breath taking. I loved all of the commemorable history all over the HQ. If you can find a parking spot I highly recommend coming here for a morning jog or touristy walk. You will definitely get your steps in.”
“Customer service and selection is very hit or miss, unfortunately. In general I enjoy visiting the company store, but I’ve had wildly inconsistent experiences here. It was a busy day before a holiday, but the experience today in particular was wonderful. Props to Anastasia who was helpful in getting shoes unavailable in store shipped right to my home with no extra fees. She was friendly and patient and I hope to see her next time!”
