“My phone could no longer charge -- apparently the port was damaged. Melanie one of the people that worked there first examined the port and found it had lint and other gunk in it. It charged briefly but was no longer dependable.
So Melanie told me how I could change plans and get a new version of my phone for $100 (not including the plan change). I went from 4g to 5g and got a new phone and a better plan (better reception.) She also was great in that she put on the screen protector perfectly -- no air bubbles. And she helped me get a couple good fast wall chargers! Excellent customer care! Thank you, Melanie!”

I was able to purchase a new charging cord and everything worked out just fine. The store was very clean and well stocked. If I need any further help with my phone I will be returning to Verizon.”

“My grandma and I came in to resolve an issue with our old phone plan. I believe it was Issiah and Collin who helped us throughout the issue. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure my grandma and I completely understood everything before moving on. They helped us get a much better plan for the price we were paying and stuck with us for almost 4 hours while we resolved the issue. This is the only store I’ve had good experiences with so I would definitely recommend.”

Instead of immediately pushing me toward a new phone or plan, Chris took the time to explore options for freeing up storage on my current device. He managed to free up a significant amount of space, which saved me from having to buy a new phone, and I really appreciate that.Chris also provided a thorough breakdown of the costs and benefits if I were to upgrade my phone and switch to a new plan. He was very transparent and knowledgeable, but there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision on the spot. When I'm ready to upgrade, I will definitely come back to see Chris.
