“Bald guy at fedex print shop, I hope you are reading this. My album cover printout worked perfectly. This guy recommended the perfect type of paper, and was able to resize my raw image exactly as I needed it. Very amazing service, and props to the girl who took my payment, everyone was professional, kind, and very spirited even in the wake of the holiday season rush. For printing, I will come here again and again.”

“Did such an amazing job building the crate and packaging my 6ft wide Longhorn skull, which is a treasured family heirloom. I dropped it off in Hillsboro and arrived to my apartment building’s package room in Brooklyn with no damage, which was impressive because it has some fragile pieces. “This is by far the best FedEx I've ever been to. I ship out hundreds of packages annually and this location has incredible customer service. They have the self-service kiosks if you already have your label, printers, laminators and a great assortment of products available.
The staff members are always smiling and it looks like they thoroughly enjoy their jobs. I will intentially drive an additional 30 minutes to use this location vs a random location I'm closer to. I believe the managers names are Kevin and Antoine, and they've both made sure everything was going smoothly and even told me about products I didn't know they did (i.e. tension fabric displays). Thank you for all you do! Now it's never a dread to ship things out because of you all.”

It seemed as though everything that could go wrong was determined to do just that, then I arrived at the UPS Store where it appeared to continue until the young woman behind the counter with the pretty nails came to my rescue.
