“We recently moved into Barclay and the entire process was so easy and efficient. The entire staff was actually in the office they work as a team from what we can tell which is refreshing! We appreciate Jeanette her friendliness as well made us decide on moving here along with the location. We loved the food cart that came by PLEASE keep them coming it was such a a great experience and my family had a great dinner! The only downside and reason for 4 stars is that there are people who are smoking from their balcony nearby. This apartment is smoke free but some residents choose to ignore this. We hope that Barclay can resolve this with tenants. Other than that we look forward to our new home ?”

Yet, what made this experience exceptional was the unparalleled support from the staff at Griffis South Waterfront, particularly my leasing agent, Emily J. Emily was remarkably prompt in responding to any questions or concerns, a testament to the exceptional customer service provided here.As per ush, a few things went awry during the move—it's the nature of relocating! However, the response to each challenge was handled with an impressive blend of patience, kindness and humor. Having lived here for just over a month, I've observed that this level of service is consistent, reflecting a genuine care for the community and a desire among the staff to cultivate a positive atmosphere.The maintenance and cleaning teams deserve special mention for their friendly demeanor and professionalism. An efficient system, coupled with a robust accountability layer, ensures that any issue is swiftly and satisfactorily addressed. It’s rare to find a place where the entire spectrum of staff, from maintenance to administration, work so diligently and maintain a positive attitude. This, to me, signals a well-run establishment that values quality and community.If there’s an area that could see improvement, it would be the outdoor landscaping, which hasn't received much attention lately. “I like how it’s very quiet and the view that u guys allow dogs and put trash bags to pick up ur dogs poop for incase and the park is very nice and the maintence guy was very nice and the people that work in the office are so kind and I like it how I can walk my dog here this area is very clean and there’s a lot of stores close by for u can buy food and everything and that there’s alot of places u can walk in”

“I have lived at studio point apartments for last 7 months. Management has been nothing but helpful and accommodating toward my needs. I had a downstairs tenant who was constantly complaining of noise and leaving threatening notes and management took care of the problem with a days notice. I’ve read other reviews and although, yes the walls are somewhat thin and that I’d prefer they’d be a bit thicker I have had nothing but good experiences with all over tenants I’ve met so far and especially with the management team. This is a great place to move if you’re looking. Don’t mind the lesser positive reviews made by those who had bad experiences with past management. Studio point is now run by new management team and they have been the greatest renters I’ve ever rented from.”

“I live in the 3rd floor so no mold issues here. I am very sensitive to mold. I’ve been here 2 years and have had nothing but good things to say. Its quiet. The people in my unit are very kind. The manager Sean is on top of everything and is very kind. The maintenance guys are very prompt and get the job done!I love that there is no pet rent, also the rent is affordable. No complaints. I would definitely recommend this place…”

“I lived at this location for over 8 years. I have seen several leasing agents and office managers transition through the company over the years and the majority have been positive interactions. The highlight of my 8 year residential experience, however, has been working with Corianna. Every living environment has both elements that detract or enhance the experience as would be expected. Corianna made my experience living at Powell Valley Farms the very best I have ever encountered. I have traveled a lot with a military career and civilian job assignments and Powell Valley is my longest tenure to date. That is because of Corianna. She is always positive, ready to help with literally anything even if it is not directly her responsibility, and has regularly gone out of her way to make sensible accommodations where necessary. I would not have stayed at this location for as long as I did without her. I could not recommend this property as a housing option to anyone if Corianna left. It is rare to meet someone who is genuinely kind, considerate, and always looking out for the best interests of their residents. Corianna is a very special person and I will never forget her.”
