I love this shop! Everyone working there is very nice and knowledgeable. and they always have a great selection of smart, unique gifts from area makers and artisans. They really do a marvelous job of celebrating the creative hub that is Portland.

Tender Loving Empire is a go-to for gift shops on NW 23rd, with a great variety of jewelry, housewares, cards, prints, and a record store. One of the best places to shop in Portland.
