“I have found a hidden gem!! I didn't know jcpenney had a salon.I have been going to this jcpenney salon at Washington Square mall for several years. Do to my schedule, I have seen a bunch of stylists at their salon Denise, Amvy, Corina,Oliver and Cynthia and as of recent I just seen Christal and Rachel. Every appointment has been amazing and happy with my services . The manager Jenny Mae is very perfessional , always happy and smiling, and runs a very clean salon. A great manager truly shows and reflects on the stylist and how sweet and professional everyone is. The most important is you can be yourself and not be judged. “A top notch experience at Carhartt:
First, the store. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I was greeted by every employee I passed. I would have expected 1 or 2, but it was every employee, they each took the time to either say hello or ask if I needed assistance. The store itself was exceptionally clean, organized, and well-maintained, making it easy to browse and find what I needed.
Now to the sales rep, McKahan. A special thank you to that guy! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my visit. Rather than simply pointing me toward products, he took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the options that worked best for my needs. His customer service was outstanding and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable.
Special shoutout to Dani, who I think is the store leader. She clearly knows how to run a store. She was there during checkout and rang me out with conversation and laughs.
